Autumn's POV
I don't want to do those stupid dishes so I really want to win. "Tess you're up!"Ariel says as Austin sits back in his chair from his break. Tess stands up and walks over to the diving board and dives right in. We wait while they write their scores on the boards.
"7!"Wow, Austin is going easy now?
"6.5!"Ariel says in a bored tone. Did they switch positions or something?
"7!"Sonya shouts. "That gives you a combined total of 20.5!"She announces and writes it on the big score board with the rounds and points. I should be good for this round. I have been seeing worse.
"Gianna!"Austin calls and she walks up to the board and does her dive.

"7! That gives you a 21!"Sonya announces and Gianna smiles and walks over to the "done" seats.
Next is Gavin and he gets a 25 and then both Clayton and Crystal get a 21. Next up is Luke and he gets up and does a little "special dive" and gets a 18. Well that is going to hurt.
"Lyla!"They call up and she walks up and does an amazing dive and gets a score 27. Then Vincent goes up and gets a 25 and Vanessa gets a 23.
Logan goes up and gets a 20 and Lindsey got a 24 as well. Shor gets a 26 and I think some people start to get nervous. Samuel gets a 24. That is a pretty good score to what I thought he was going to receive. Shelby gets a 20.5 and then Callie and Collin both get a 22. Finally Patrick gets a 26 and paige gets a 27 like Lyla did.
"Okay that was overall a pretty good round!"Ariel nods and we all clap.
Austin turns around the big board and starts his announcements. "The people eliminated are Luke, Aden, Tanner, Logan, Tess, and Shelby!"He reads off the board and those people make their way to the open seats.
I wonder if anybody is going to cheat and try to use their powers for this. I mean what would they do? Calculate the perfect jump or dive! Oh I know turn the nature against people! Nah I am just joking but it weird to think about how we have powers and a few weeks ago we were just like any other ordinary teenager navigating life.
"Alright next round is jumping! Now you can do any kind of jump! This will put your creativity and style to the test!"Sonya announces the round and we all look around at each other and nod. We are just doing whatever. However, I would at least like to win some bragging rights. Those would be nice with some of these people.
"First up is Autumn!"They call. That's me! I hope I don't flop into this water and make a fool out of myself. That is the last thing I need. That would be everywhere in no time. Sailing across the glob of epic fails on the internet.
I don't know why, I don't know how, I just did it, but I do a pencil jump and I hear some claps. I wonder if my bathing suit come off. I look down. Nope. Don't laugh, I did that to hundred of people at the beach once. Ever since I have always checked.
"7!"Austin nods.
"7.5!"Ariel smiles.
8!"Sonya claps and I nod. "That gives you a total of 22.5!"She notes.
"Gavin!"They call and he walks up and does a cannon ball. I am not the slightest but surprised. He does all the time without a competition.
