The Commenter or as I like to call them 'The Commentator' likes to leave lots of comments on stories. If something dramatic happens in one line they'll leave an inline comment. Or if something sad happens they leave a comment.
As a writer, I actually love this type of person because it makes me feel like someone is actually reading. I could never be this type of person purely because I'm always so engrossed in a story that I forget to vote sometimes.
