This is the type of person who says what they want to say when they want to say it. They could be saying something inappropriate, stupid and sometimes plain ignorant and they don't care. They have no filter, so they just spew out everything they think.
Sometimes this person is alright, but it's when they start to tell everyone their slightly controversial opinions that many people in the Wattpad community get annoyed.
I've only ever come across one person who was like this but I'm pretty sure there are many people like this on Wattpad.
