This is the type of person who replies to comments that have been left on chapters. For example:
Original Comment: 'Omg I loved this chapter. I ship them so much'
Replier: 'omg same gurl same'
I think that people that reply to random comments must have a lot of confidence because I always stress about commenting on books let alone replying to random people's comments.
I also don't know how The Replier has the time to scroll through all the comments on chapters, like whenever I'm reading a book on Wattpad I'm always so eager to get to the next chapter that I sometimes forget to vote!
The Replier usually ends up creating a huge conversation in the comment section which tends to stray from the topic of the book.
