This person is generally a commenter, who will comment something that others see as rude and offensive, then claim later that they were 'only joking' when they receive backlash for it. The 'Joker' doesn't like to be held accountable for their words, and you'll often find that they magically disappear once they've retracted their statement.
The 'Joker' is essentially someone who doesn't like to be challenged when they know they're wrong, which is why they try to cover their tracks by claiming that everything they said was 'just a joke'.
This person really annoys me because they can't take the consequences that come from commenting some really nasty stuff. If you comment it, you have to face up to the backlash.
