This person puts up a new book practically every day but will delete it in about an hour because it didn't get thousands of reads. It seems like every week they're putting out new books only to retract them when no one is reading.
These people either think their books aren't good enough or they are so focused on reads that they don't care what they put out- as long as it's getting reads they're happy.
I would always recommend against deleting books unless you feel strongly that you don't want that work to define you as a writer.
