I could feel my breakfast quickly coming back up.

I may love science but not this. Cutting up animals, even if they are dead, hurts my fragile heart. I take a deep breath and walk back into the classroom because I'm determined to get through the whole dissection.

I get to my station just as Farkle begins another incision. I sit down pulling my chair away from the table. My brain tells me to help, my heart tells me to cry, and my stomach tells me to puke. I look away pretending I need something from my backpack.

"Ms. Matthews, I understand that you do not like dissections, but you have to help your partner," my teacher tells me as she walks by.

"Sorry," I mumble as she walks off. I manage to get up and walk over to where my partner is butchering the frog. Please don't make me touch it.

"Okay partner, you just have to put on the gloves and look inside. Just enough so that Ms. Bell doesn't make you do anything else," Farkle gently tells me.

And he makes me touch it.

I pull on the gloves and stand shoulder to shoulder with my friend. My hands slowly move toward the opening in the frog. I mange to poke my fingertips though the little guy before the gagging kicks in. I yank my hand away and rush out of the classroom. I hear Farkle saying I'm going to be sick and that's why I left.

I ran into the restroom right before I begin to hyperventilate. Animals don't deserve this kind of cruelty. After I mange to snap myself out of it I just sat on the floor calming myself down. Then I wash my face and went into the hallway debating if I should go back to class or not.

"So you just gonna abandon your partner?"

I look up to see Farkle sitting in front of some lockers waiting for me. "You look like a perv watching the girls go into the restroom," I tell him.

He smiles as I sit next to him. "I only have eyes for you," he whispers.

I blush like crazy.

In a louder voice he asks, "Do you feel better after having your freak out?"

"More like I feel better with you here with me," I say meekly.

He leans towards me. "Well, if it makes you feel better we can ditch the rest of class."

I tilt my head a bit. "But you love science," I said confused.

"I love you more."

I smile and cuddle into him just trying to forget everything else. "You know someone's bound to figure it out," I say.

"I know, but they don't know for now," my favorite person in the world tells me. "It's just our little secret." Then he lifts my chin giving me a kiss. I kiss back letting him slip his tongue in my mouth. He explores my whole mouth and I slowly explore his. We stay like that until I pull away to breath.

We keep our foreheads touching and just listen to each other trying to even out our breathing.

"I love you," I whisper.

"I love you too," he responds without hesitation. "Even if you can't stand a bit of frog guts."

I smack his arm and he laughs as the bell rings reminding us we have school.
