Mom looks at you with a look of disgust. You laugh.

Greg, Steven, you, and mom are all sitting around Greg's van.

The TV is showing a commercial for burgers. Mom looks absolutely abashed.

"This is what won her over? Burgers?" She asks.

"Well, it wasn't about burgers back then, but she would've loved this, right?"

Pearl sighs awkwardly and she walks around the van.

"She would've loved it," she mumbles miserably, blushing blue.

Steven and you share a look. Greg suddenly grabs his guitar.

You and Steven gasp and sit next to him in the back of the van.

"Bright sunny day, don't cost nothin'," Greg sings.

"Light summer breeze, don't cost nothin', how do I spend," Greg looks at you and Steven and you both smile.

"all this money when the only thing I want is you?"

You feel lost, wondering when to sing along, too.

Nonetheless, you kick your feet and smile, humming to the song and the soft breeze.

Gulls caw somewhere and land to eat some chips. You continue humming.

Suddenly, Greg gets up, talking about empire city, with bursting lights and beautiful hotels.

Your eyes light up. "I love hotels!" You exclaim enthusiastically.

Stars gleam in your eyes.

Steven smiles.

Greg laughs and ruffles your hair.

"Of course you do, kiddo," he comments.

You all rush into the temple, singing and pack your bags and suitcases.

You then all rush downstairs and sing, "EMPIRE CITY!"

Steven then gestures away from him as you wonder where all those spotlights came from.

"And let's bring Pearl," Steven adds, Pearl widening her eyes.

"Aww yeah! Moms coming!" You cheer.

"WHAT!?" Greg and Pearl both look at each-other, wide eyes.

Steven is sleeping in the back, while you film everything. Greg drives the van as Pearl keeps to herself.

You feel yourself glitch, and you whimper as you turn smaller. you groan as you feel your voice changing.

"Great, I'm small now," You mumble to yourself.

Blinding white lights shine around you, pink and white shadows cascading down through the buildings.

You enter a hotel, and you give Steven a look. As the two of you walk down the giant red carpet with Pearl and Greg, Steven smiles.

He places a stack of money onto the top of the desk. You gladly ring the bell.The desk clerk looks down at the money, and his eyes light up.

Before you know it, you end up going to a giant room at the top. The elevator is gleaming with red velvet, and the walls are painted golden.

"Wow," You breathe.

Small gleaming buttons ding chirpily as you ascend into the top floor. The giant elevator doors open, and your mouth drops open.

A giant waterfall cascades into a giant pool shimmering in the lights of the city. Comfy couches and fluffy pillows bask in the blazing wooden fire.

You smell in the burning wood smell and smile.

A giant spiral staircase goes up to other rooms, and two ceiling-to-wall windows show the outside world.

"Hey look! Tuxedos!" Steven calls out, holding up four sleek black tuxedos.

You smile.

"Aw, heck yeah."
