"Hi H-money," I smiled at her. We were at Annie's for lunch and then go on the boat. "Hi Steph! Annie's in her room still getting ready," Hayley rolled her eyes and laughed. I chuckled and sat down on the couch. "Oh look! There's Steph! Sammy is outside with Hayley. Steph is waiting for Annie I bet," Mrs. Katie said to the camera and pointed it to me. "Yeah," I laughed. "Okay so while she waits, let's go check on the girls. Mary Kate, Danielle, and Katie are coming soon," Mrs. Katie said and walked towards the back door. Soon Annie came down. "Ready?" I asked and got up. "Yep!" Annie smiled and then we went out. Hayley and Sammy were doing cartwheels and other skills when we got out. "Mary Kate is coming soon with Danielle," Mrs. Katie told us and whipped out the camera again and started filming Hayley and Sammy. "Okay," we replied and strapped on our life jackets. "Do you wanna do gymnastics on the boat?" Annie asked. "Yeah," I said and we went on the boat to wait.

Soon, MK, Danielle, and Katie, Brennan, and Ryan showed up. "ANNIE! STEPH!" Katie yelled. "KATIE!" Annie and I yelled back and hugged each other. "Didn't you guys see each other yesterday?" Mrs. Jill laughed. "That's too long for them," I chuckled. "Yep," Brennan laughed. Mrs. Jill was filming for Flippin Katie. "Boat time!" Ryan exclaimed and raced out the back door. We all broke out laughing. "Come on," Katie tugged her mom and we followed them.

We went on the boat and the jet ski. "Wooo hoooo!" I screamed as I was on the jet ski. "Nice, Stephy!" Katie called out to me. "Can we go back?" I asked Mr. Billy. "Why?" he asked back. "Please," I choked out and he turned back. "Steph what happened?" Annie asked me. "Uh... I'll be right back," I said to them. I sat up top where no one was and looked out at the view. "Emily would've loved this," I mumbled to myself and sighed. "Hey are you okay? When Katie said 'Stephy' you went quiet. What's up?" Annie asked me and sat next to me. "Nothing," I said. "Stop saying that! It's about Emily, isn't it?" Annie then realized. "Yeah," I sighed. "Look, I know how you feel. But can you please be strong... for the sake of Mary Kate, Danielle, Brennan, Ryan, and Katie? They don't know, it's just between us. Okay?" Annie asked. I nodded. "Okay," I agreed. "Good! Let's go do some gymnastics off the boat!" Annie cheered and I laughed.

"Bye, Annie!" I called to her. Katie already left with Brennan and Ryan. Mary Kate was sleeping over with Danielle but they were in the basement. "Bye, Steph!" Annie called to me and then Mrs. Katie closed the door.

We got back home and I went into the shower. I changed into my pajamas and plopped on my bed. "Night, Em," I said and slowly went to sleep.

I turned off the song and I stretched out. I smiled at the picture and went to brush my teeth and hair. I walked downstairs and saw that no one was awake. I shrugged and sat on the couch. I looked around and tapped my fingers on the couch's arm rest. Then I got an idea.

I went back into my room and pulled out a little gift bag from behind my pillow. I took out the tissue paper and pulled out a little box. Inside was a BFF spilt heart necklace. "This was going to be for us," I smiled at it. "This was going to be your Christmas present. But it's okay... you can pretend to wear it, I guess," I chuckled. I put it back in and slid the bag back. "Hope you're having fun," I whispered. I looked at my phone and saw the last messages she sent me.

Emmi - You're so weird I love it xD
Me - and you're not?
Emmi - hey, not my fault. I can't wear this Halloween?
Me - NO
Emmi - why? xD
Me - because it's a unicorn! You're not gonna be walking on your hands and knees the whole night!
Emmi - what if I wanna?
Me - fine whatever xD
Emmi - gotta go TRICK OR TREATING!!!!! I'll see you on Christmas and give u Halloween candy
Me - ha don't think so
Emmi - yeah I'll probably eat it all
