"KATIE!" Annie and I both yelled when we walked into her house. We were three hours early because our moms decided to help out. "ANNIE! STEPH!" Katie yelled back. We hugged and then we spotted Brennan. "We can go outside on the trampoline?" Katie suggested. "Okay," Annie said. Katie was walking normally now.
We went on the trampoline and did simple back flips. Then Brennan walked out and Annie hid behind Katie. "Oh come on! Stop hiding from me, Annie!" Brennan cried out. "Brennan, if she doesn't wanna see you, then don't force her," I told him. "Is it so wrong to jump on the trampoline with my friends?" he asked, smirking. I facepalmed. "Let's go somewhere else," Katie said. "No, it's okay. As long as he doesn't touch me, then I'm fine," Annie said. Katie sighed and nodded. Brennan got up on the trampoline and started to jump. "Do a front flip!" Annie dared him. He did one but landed on his back. We broke out laughing. "Ha. Ha. So funny," Brennan said sarcastically. We did a few more flips and then we watched Disney channel since there was nothing else to do but wait. I was in between Katie and Annie, and Brennan was next to Annie. "You okay?" I asked her, eyeing Brennan that was half asleep. "Yeah, it's all good," she replied, smiling. Then his head plopped down on Annie's shoulder. "Ew," Katie whispered, that made us laugh. "Want me to move him?" Katie asked. Annie shook her head. "Nah, he's comfortable. Leave him," she replied. That's weird. When she got here, she didn't even what to look at Brennan. In my head, I gasped. Brannie is born. --- Eventually, everyone came. We swam in the lake and did gymnastics on Annie's boat. Then we went to SkyZone and we jumped around, flipping, twisting, and tumbling.
"I had fun!" I told Katie, after the party. "Glad you liked it it!" Katie said back. "Come on, open your gift from us!" Annie said to Katie, looking at me. "Yeah." Katie grabbed the gift bag and threw the tissue paper everywhere. She held up the teal shirt. "I LOVE IT!" she cried, hugging both of us. "Annie, Steph? You're sleeping over here tonight. Is that alright?" I heard Mrs. Katie ask us. "Yep! That's perfect, mom," Annie replied. I nodded. "Okay. I got your stuff and your meet leotards," Mrs. Katie told us, giving us our bags. "Thanks," Annie and I said. I totally forgot about the meet! Katie isn't going to be competing because she needs to be off her ankle a little before major tumbling. But she's coming to support us! --- Katie yawned. Then Annie yawned. Then I yawned. We all laughed. Brennan came down, shirtless, and Katie and I covered our eyes. Annie didn't... Brannie alert! "Hey Katie. Can I ask you something in private?" I whispered. She nodded. Annie was too busy blushing at Brennan. We reached the bathroom and I closed the door and locked it. "What's your question?" Katie asked me. "Do you think Brannie is real?" Katie shrugged. "I guess... Annie and Brennan are acting kinda flirty. That's weird because she didn't want to look at him when he came outside!" I nodded, "That's exactly what I said!" I exclaimed. "Let's not mention anything... no matter how weird it is," Katie said, giggling.
We walked back out and Katie and I jumped at the sound of the doorbell. "I'll get it. Go sit with Annie," I told Katie. "Okay." I walked over to the door and opened it. "Nick, what are you doing here?" I asked him, angrily. I was about to close to the door when he stopped me. "Hear me out, please?" he pleaded. "Ugh, fine. What do you want?" He pulled me outside. "Look, I really like you, okay?" "Stop, Nick. I'm not gonna "date" you." "I know, but you don't have to give me death stares. Can we be friends?" he asked, looking me into the eyes. "Um, ok. But no more heartbreaks towards my friends, okay?" I told him sternly. "Okay. See you at the meet tomorrow!" he said, going down the front porch. "Okay- wait what?!" I yelled after him. I heard him laugh.
Nick is annoying but hilarious sometimes. --- It was 11:30 and we were tired. Brennan tired us out by a jump rope competition, which Katie won at. We brushed our teeth and then we crashed on Katie's bed. While we were asleep for what felt like two minutes, I saw a flash of a light but I was too tired to see what it was. --- Morning
The meet was in the afternoon. I was on Instagram and I saw I was tagged on a picture on Brennan's account.

I showed Katie and Annie the picture. "I'm gonna kill you, Brennan!" Katie yelled and ran upstairs with Annie and I. We tackled him on his bed. "IM SORRY!" He yelled. We stopped and then he smirked. "Not." And then we fell off the bed tackling him.
