One week later

"Hey guys it's Steph and today I'm going to a trampoline park with Annie and Sydney! So let's go," I said to my phone. I was in front of Sky Zone, where I'll be meeting Annie and Sydney. I walked in, the person at the front desk gave me orange socks, and then I went to trampolines.

I saw Annie and Sydney and then we went to jump! (Steph-gray shirt, Sydney-black shirt, Annie-white shirt)

We had a blast! After Sky Zone, we went to a nearby ice cream parlor and got some ice cream. I got strawberry with fudge, Annie got vanilla and chocolate swirl with rainbow sprinkles, and Sydney got double chocolate scoops with Oreos and mint chocolate chips.

Annie and Nick were on a "date" and I am at Sydney's house with Alyssa and Jane from her gym. "What do you guys want to do?" Sydney asked us. "We can make musicallys together? I'm so close to getting a crown!" Alyssa said. "Sure. I mean, you do have 99,956 fans," Jane remarked. I just nodded and we all opened musically. I had 1.13 million fans. "Let's do... lipsync?" Jane asked. "Why not?" Sydney said. We went to @flighthouse and went to the most recent one. "Love Yourself by Justin Beiber. Ugh, why not?" Alyssa said, scrunching up her nose. All four of us did it on Alyssa's phone, and she captioned it: With bæs! @sydney1253 @janekitt @stephthemonkey. We did a few more then we watched the Olympics qualifiers.

I walked home at 8:30 pm. Then I saw Annie walking home too. She was holding purple orchids, her favorites, but her head was hung low and she didn't look up. She sat down on the curb in front of her house and threw the flowers on the street. I jumped back, by the sudden movement, but she didn't see me. She put her head in her hands and I heard faint cries. I went over to Annie and sat next to her. She didn't even look up but she hugged me, I'm not sure if she knew it was me. I hugged her back. "Why are you crying, Annie?" I asked her. She looked up, with her make up all messed up. "Nick likes someone else," Annie shuttered, leaning her head on my shoulder. "Do you know who?" I asked. She shook her head. "Hey, sleepover at my house. Just to get your mind off things," I told her, wiping a tear off her face. She nodded and she walked up to her door.

I set everything up in my room. Annie walked in. "Hey, I have to take care of something first. Why don't you wait for me here and watch TV? Promise, it'll be quick," I told Annie. She nodded.

I ran downstairs and put on a thin jacket since it was a bit cold. Then I started walking.

I reached the school in fifteen minutes. I went to the outside closet and opened it. Nick was on his "bed" reading a book. I closed the door. "How could you, Nick?" I asked him, angrily. "I'm sorry, okay? I just don't have my heart on Annie right now," he told me. "Who is better than Annie? Come on. Tell me. Who will Annie replace?" Nick got up and walked over to me.

"You," Nick said and pushed me out the door.
