(Y/N)'s POV

The day of the talent show was finally here. I am SO excited to finally perform! I was feeling sick, but it was still exciting! The last couple of practices with my act was led by Clyde because I failed to show up... I just hope that it turns out okay...

I walked to school by myself today, I was running a little late, so as soon as I walked into the school, the bell for walking to class went off.

"Excuse me, all students. Please listen up." The intercom went off, must have been Ms.Getsu. It sure sounded like her, she was croaking her voice and talking slow. "Please head to your homeroom class at this time. We will be announcing the plans by intercom in five minutes about the talent show. Thank you."

I proceed to go to my homeroom class, and sit next to Clyde and Token. "So, Token. Are you doing anything for the talent show?" I ask, trying to stop a conversation.

"No, actually. I'm sitting down in the audience with Tweek and Craig. Are you guys in it?"

"Yeah, I'm narrating a story with performers acting to it." I reply.

"I'm in control of the background and music, so I'll be in the back at the top so I can control it all." Clyde replied. "Ah, I see." Token responds.

"Attention all students and staff." The announcer called out. "If you are in any part of the talent show, from part one, part two, part three, or part four, please proceed to go to the Stage Theatre at this time. Anybody who is helping out backstage as a volunteer, please head to the gym. Any acts that involve electronics or presentations, and you are in charge of a particular group, you will be going with the stage crew instead of the performers. If you help out with props, lightings, curtains, or anything else that you are not on stage for, please head to the gym.

"Please keep in mind that if you are on stage, you are only allowed to do one performance, and you will be allowed to choose which performance you would like to do, however, you are allowed to do stage crew for any number of performances. Thank you, please have a wonderful day."

Clyde, some other classmates, and I all start heading our way to the destination we were assigned. We go our own separate ways.

When I approached the Stage Theatre I felt somebody jump onto my back. "(Y/N)!" They yelled. They forced themselves onto my back, causing me to fall. As soon as I hit the ground, they help me up and made me face them. Kenny had the look of excitement spread across his face. "Kenny, you just knocked me down!" I yell at him.

"Sorry about that... But which part of the talent show are you in?" Kenny replied, completely changing the subject.

"Part two."

"So am I! I didn't know anybody else who was doing this, I thought I would be alone. I mean, I think Kyle and Butters are part of stage crew for the whole show, but besides being back stage, I would be all alone."

He gave me a friendly hug, and made it so tight I couldn't move.

"Kenny... We gotta go..."

"Right!" He quickly said. He pulled me into the auditorium with him, and we sit down next to each other. Everybody gathered in the theatre, and waited for somebody to make an announcement.

15 minutes went by, and the announcer started to speak. "Good morning, all participants of the talent show! If you are in he first part of the show, please come back stage NOW. If you are in the second part, please follow Mr.Ruskin. If you are in the third part, follow Mr.Benson. And if you are in the fourth, follow Ms.Telly. They will explain to you what you will be doing next."

Mr. Ruskin!!!! Yay!!! My art teacher!! :D

Kenny and I went with the rest of part two performers to head off to where Mr.Ruskin was taking us. We stroll through the halls and into the shop class, which was huge and like a garage.

"Welcome, part two performers!" Mr. Ruskin announces. "I hope you and other schools realize that you will be performing to not only this school, but also the elementary, the middle school, and other high schools in the area.

"You will be able to watch the first part performers up in the balcony. After the first performance has gone by, there will be an intermission for 15 minutes for anybody who wants to go to the cafeteria and buy food. You will NOT be allowed to leave during that time. You will go back stage, and get ready. We will tell you your order and do a quick run through of how you are getting on and off, and will be your time to talk to back stage people. If you do not have a specific backstage cast to do your lightings or sound, you MUST ask someone and go over what you want or you won't have anybody doing it for you. After you perform, you are allowed to get off the stage by using the BACK ENTRANCE. You will go through the halls and will be allowed to watch the rest of the show from the balcony. Once you are done with your act, you will all be allowed to quietly leave. Or if you decide to stay, you can leave for the next intermission, which is ten minutes long for the audience bathroom break. You will have as much time as you want to go to the cafeteria and eat lunch, but if you want to watch the third part, you MUST get there before it starts, or else you will not be able to go back in until the fourth part. Are there any questions?"

Some hands were raised, but it was pretty clear to me what was going to happen. After answering their questions, it was almost time for the show. It was 8:30 (a.m) and the show started at 9. We strolled down the hallways and saw five lines of students taking up the hall. Every once in a while there was a group in the line. You could tell who the high schoolers were, but most of the middle schoolers and elementary schoolers looked pretty similar.

We walked up the stairs that lead to the balcony, and made our way inside. Kenny and I managed to sit in the very center in the front of the balcony.

Once the entire auditorium was full, one of the teachers went on stage to hush the loud crowd. They announced that the show was about to began. They kept going on and on about how hard they work and all of this crap, OKAY. WE GET IT. START THE STUPID SHOW.

"Excuse me, pardon, please move your knee, I'd rather not get hit in the dick."

Kenny and I both look to the right, and we see Stan trying to get to us. "Stan's in the talent show?" I whisper to Kenny. "Yeah, but he wasn't here earlier. That's why I said I didn't have any friends doing the talent show with me."

Stan eventually made it to us. "Hey guys, is there a seat available next to you guys?"

There wasn't a seat next to us, but down the aisle there was an open seat, so we asked everybody on my side to scoot down a seat for Stan.

Once Stan sat down next to me, the first act started to go on.
