Chapter Fourteen

*two month time skip*

Michael's P.O.V

I was laying on the bed, next to Calum, our hands were loosely intertwined and sitting between us. Cal turned around, putting his free hand flat on my now fully grown tummy and throwing a leg over mine. I looked away from the gate of our cell and at him, my lips were raw, from all the biting. "You okay ?" I asked and he nodded, kissing me, i smiled against his lips and put my free hand at the back of my neck, pulling him closer. He trailed the hand that was on his stomach down to my waist, leaving it there. The door opened slightly and I looked up, sniffing lightly. My eyes widened, was that ... Luke ? "L-Luke ?" I said, my voice trembling lightly as I tried to see who was there. A breathy, shaky chuckle came in response, "Mikey," Luke said and I could hear the smile in his voice he opened the door fully and flew down the stairs, immediately coming to the cell door. I grinned at the sight of my soulmate and stood up, out of Calum's grip. I ran to the bars with Calum in tow. I pressed my hand through the bars, grabbing his. I pressed my face to the bars and smiled when Luke kissed me softly. "Are you okay ?" He asked and I nodded, smiling at Luke.

Luke squeezed my hand, "c'mon, let's get you out of here,"

"Okay," I said and Calum pressed in next to me, Luke moved his gaze from me to him but still didn't let go f my hand, instead unlacing his left hand from my right one to Calum's. "Hey," Cal greeted softly, his voice was calm, he seemed pretty calm compared to Luke and I. "Hey," Luke whispered, running his thumb over the top of my hand. "How's Ash ?" I asked, biting my lip as I watched Luke's face fall slightly. "Still the same, he's upset and I just- I don't know what to do Mikey," he said, looking down, not facing Calum or me. He sniffled wiped his eyes roughly, "baby," I cooed, reaching over and taking his hand again. "How 'bout you open the gate and then we can talk yeah ?" I said softly and he nodded, "move back," he said softly. Calum and I stepped back a few steps and Luke gripped the bars of the gate, pulling it open and out with ease. He sat the gate to the side and rushed in, engulfing me in a hug, hiding his face in my neck as he cried softly. I rubbed his back and picked up my head, looking at Calum only to find him staring at Luke and I with teary eyes and red, bitten lips. I frowned and unwrapped an arm from around Luke's waist, beckoning Calum forward, he came closer and I wrapped my arm around him. I kissed both of their head and just held them, not even letting go when Luke stopped crying. We just stood there, in the middle of the cell, holding each other. "Mikey," Luke whispered into my neck, holding my shirt tighter. "Yeah, love ?" I whispered back, "I love you," I smiled and kissed his head again, "I love you too baby and I love you Cali," I said softly, glancing at Calum who was looking up at me, his eyes still glassy but now red. "I love you too," he whispered, kissing my cheek. "What's wrong babe ?" I asked, rubbing Calum's back softly. He shook his head and looked down.

"Cal, talk to me love," I said, letting go of Luke who went to fix the gate."I-... I feel like you guys don't want me, like I don't belong here, like you don't love me," he said softly, his voice shaky as he slowly looked up at me, his eyes brimming over with tears. "We love Cal, you do belong with us, we do want you, we're just not used to you being with us yet, we love you baby, we really do," I said, stroking his cheek lightly with the pad of my thumb. "Please don't lie to me," Calum said, and at that moment, he sounded so vulnerable, so small and so hurt. "I'm not lying my love, I'm pretty sure Lu felt the same way when he first came into our lives, right Lu ?" I said, turning to Luke who nodded and walked to us. "We love you Cali, we really do," he said, hugging Calum's side.

"I love you guys too," Calum whispered, leaning up to kiss me then Luke. "I got us these necklaces, wear them and you can talk to Ash and feel him," Luke said, digging into his pocket and bringing out two necklaces with purple stones on them (image is in the media) I smiled and kissed Luke softly, "thank you beautiful," I said, Luke nodded with a smile and leaned down to kiss Calum. I sighed and plucked a single necklace out of Luke's hand, I ran my hand the purple stone before putting it on.
