Luke's P.O.V

Finally. Chloe had left for the day, Alex came down to tell us and we immediately packed our stuff, Chloe hadn't found out about me since she only sent her workers down and Calum had threatened to bite them if they told her. Taylor was growing well, she'd already started drinking more blood and she was looking healthy, so we're Michael and Calum. When we were ready to leave, Alex opened up for us and we were off, flying into the clouds, making sure to stay out of sight. Right now, we were gliding smoothly through the clouds, Michael was holding Taylor in one arm and his other arm was snaked around mine, our hands clasped together between us, Calum was on my other side, he had his arm around my waist as I cuddled into his side.

Then i felt weak, but I carried on, knowing that the hospital was not far away and well we weren't far away from home. When we finally got to the hospital and landed on our feet, I doubled over in pain, groaning. Calum inhaled sharply and helped me to the emergency section.

Michael's P.O.V

I looked down at Taylor who had started to cry when we just about landed at the hospital. She was screeching and her face was scrunched up. I bit my lip and flew over to the pediatric section of the emergency room. A doctor was waiting there since the waiting room was empty, she introduced herself as Eve and lead us into her examination room. She gently removed Taylor from my arms and put her down on the bed, carefully examining her as I watched. Eve stopped her movements after a few minutes, she moved back, her face paler than normal as she looked at me. "S-sir ?" She said softly, I hummed, looking at her. "Y-your baby is c-close to death, sh-she isn't going to make it, she doesn't have e-enough vampire blood in her to m-make it," Eve said gently, scooping Taylor up in her arms and handing home my baby, who I'd be losing in a few mere moments. My eyes clouded up with tears as I looked down at the still screeching Taylor, her face was red and tears dropped down her chubby little cheeks. Eve straightened up and cleared her throat. "Sir, would you like Taylor to be buried by us, here or would you like to take her home, to bury her in the place of you and your soulmate's choice ?"

I licked my lips as Taylor's cries slowly quietened, the seconds that I had left with her, alive and breathing were slowly ticking by. Eve placed a tiny little silver coffins in the bed, open. It was covered in red velvet inside, it looked soft. There was a lock beside it and I stiffened as I felt my daughter slowly go cold in my arms. I looked down at her, "I love you," I whispered, pressing a kiss to her cheek and forehead, watching as she turned to a sickly shade of white before turning dark grey. A son spilt from my mouth as I placed my dead daughter into her coffin and slowly locked it up. "Please bury her," I whispered brokenly. Eve nodded, looking composed, probably not wanting to show any emotion, just be respectful and professional. She picked up the coffin by its handles and left the room. I gulped hard, choking back tears as I dragged myself out of the room. I walked down the corridor and smelt ... Ashton? I furrowed my eyebrows and followed the scent, down a corridor then left into a ward that lead into a different corridor, to an information desk, where I saw a figure, as I got closer, the scent got stronger and from the tattoo at the back of his neck, I knew that it was Ashton. "Ashton," I gasped out through my tears.

He whirled around and I flew into him, throwing him off balance, making him stumble as he latched into me, "Taylor's gone," he whispered into my neck. I nodded, sobbing into his honey blonde hair, holding onto his shirt for dear life, almost as if he was about to slip through my fingertips at any second. "That was it," he said, I was confused for a second before it sunk in, he knew she was going to die, "how ?" I asked brokenly, he stood up straight and pulled me into his chest, allowing me to cuddle up to him. "My power, it runs in my mum's family," he whispered, squeezing me. "Why didn't you tell us ?" I asked, pulling away, holding his cheeks and looking deep into his teary hazel eyes. "I just couldn't, it's a long story that involves explanations from someone who isn't here," he said quietly, not giving me a chance to reply before he dipped down and kissed me, it was salty, full of emotion and i missed you's and I'm sorry's. I moved my hands to his neck and held Ashton place as we kissed softly, holding each other as close as possible. After we pulled away, I bit my lip and Ashton gently kissed away my tears, stroking my cheeks with his thumbs. "I love you," he whispered against the corner of my mouth, "I love you too," I whispered back. "Are cal and lu here ?" He asked, still hugging me a close to him. I nodded and blinked, leaning forward again and hugging him, putting my face in his neck, breathing in his scent, I hadn't seen him in four months, it was perfectly fine that I did this. I kissed his neck softly, my teeth gently grazing over his prominent vein. "Do it, it's okay," Ashton soothed, rubbing my back. I sighed and gently but down on his skin, into the vein. I sucked a little, savoring the taste of Ashton's blood. I drank a little more before moving back and kissing the healing wound softly, looking up at Ashton and kissing him. He grimaced, I felt it but he kissed me back and didn't push me away. "C'mon," he said, "lets go find Calum and Luke,"
