For this Book there is no need for a Prolouge as though it is a sequel to: "The Mockingjay's Flight".

I wake. We slept the night under a tree far from District 13, so we wouldn't be seen. None of the others are awake. I grunt. The sun is just over the horizon line. I'd go back to sleep, but there is no point. I get up, and walk to Mia's Sleeping bag. She lays with her hair over her face and her arms sprawled out. I laugh. Mia rolls over and yawns. She's up. "What time is it?" She asks.
I pull my sleeve up to reveal a watch, with a worn fake leather band. "6:25." I look at Mia. She grunts. "It's too early..." Her voice trails off. I kick her in the ribs. "What was that for?!?" She shouts. "We are in the forest not far from anything so, District 13 or the Capitol could find us still. We need to get going." I reply. Mia catches my eye and rolls her own. I walk away from her.
Beside my sleeping bag, is another girl. I don't know her name but, she looks beautiful. I know that she isn't from District 12, and is either a District Escapee or from District 13 it's self. She's up. "Hey. I haven't managed to ask you your name yet, and what District you're from." I say. She looks at me. "The name is El, and I'm from District 8. Escaped it with my family just recently." Her blonde hair covers her cheeks. El stands up and walks away.
The name El must be short for something. I sit on my sleeping bag. I watch as everyone wakes up. It's strange to see people you don't know in the morning. Katniss isn't a morning person, and trys to dig her head in the uncomfortable pillow we all have. El, walks around waking people. Peeta perks up, yawns, then crawls back into the sleeping bag. Mia wakes up perfectly fine now.
Mia claps her hands in the air. "Everyone up?" She asks. I hear moans in reply. "We have a long day ahead of us you know? Better rise n' shine before we leave without you." She winks at me. I dig through my hiking backpack and find a fleece sweater and a grey button up shirt. I find a pair of sweatpants, and walk off. I change from my pajamas to my clothes in seconds, and come back to the campsite.
The smell of fall leaves hangs in the air. The games go on in Mid-August, then fall approaches after them. This year a war follows after the games. It's as though the rebellion just formed. "Crystal?" Mia shouts for me. I walk over to her. "Yes?" I ask. "Time?" She yawns. "7:02." I grunt and walk away. I'm not going to be a nobody in this trip. I'm not going to be the weak girl who is forever grieving over her sister.
I pack up my stuff and walk to a tree. I lean on it, fidgeting with the Mockingjay Necklace. Katniss wakes, moaning. I don't blame her. It's early. I take of the backpack and sit. My back still leans on the tree. The bark is ruff, and bumpy. I rub my back up and down, to scratch my back. I hear a loud blur above us. Confused, I stand up. I see everyone stare up. The blur is loud, and muffled. I see Katniss curve a frown. "District 13 knows we left. Everyone run I diffrent directions!" She shouts. I run forward, at top speed.
My short hair blows lightly in the wind. Once I can't see the camp, I stop. My hands grasp a tree branch, and I climb up, to see a hovercraft.
