Would You Be Mine? [SQUEAL TO I LIKE YOU MORE THAN I LIKE WAFFLES]

Chapter #4

"Remember, pages 25 to 36. Read. Them."
The entire class groaned as the bell for Lunch rang and papers flew around the room.
One gave Toby a paper cut on his left cheek and Kyle gasped.
"Dude, doesn't that hurt?" he asked and Toby shook his head, wiping away the blood with the sleeve of his hoodie.
"I have a disease that doesn't allow me to feel pain," he replied and the blonde boy in front of him turned around to face him and grinned.
"Bro, that's fucking awesome," he chuckled and Toby was taken aback.
"Adam, you're a fucking idiot," the brunette sighed as he stood up and grabbed his things.
Adam pouted and stood up as well, snatching his science book off of the desk and picking his folders up off of the floor.
"Well, come on. They're serving Mac & Cheese in the cafeteria today," Kyle excitedly said as he dragged Toby out of the classroom and down the hall.
"Kyle, I still need to put my stuff away," Toby said and gasped when his stuff was suddenly grabbed from his hands.
"I'LL TAKE THIS TO YOUR NEXT CLASS!" Adam shouted as he ran down the hall.
"Ugh, there's no way I'll catch up to him," Toby grumbled and Jackie put a hand on the shorter boy's shoulder.
"Well, that's why you shouldn't give your stuff to the captain of the Baseball team," she said with a sigh and Toby looked up at her.
"I didn't give it to him! He took it!" he shouted and Jackie chuckled as she ushered the boy downstairs to the cafeteria.
After getting their food and eventually finding Adam, they walked outside to eat their food.
"Are you sure we can do this?" Toby asked and Kyle gestured to the other students sitting on the grass eating and talking.
The group of four sat down on the grass and Toby explained what his family was like and what it was like being away from them for a long period of time.
As Toby set his tray aside, he glanced over at the forest and nearly had a hear attack when he saw a familiar mask between two of the trees.
"Rogers, you alright?" Jackie asked and Toby gulped as he nodded his head.
"I-I'm fine," he stuttered and yelped when he was suddenly pulled to his feet by Adam.
"Good, coz you're it," he said with a grin and the twins still sitting on the grass screamed as Toby ran towards them.
"Nope, Jackie's it!" he shouted and Kyle screamed as he scrambled to his feet.

Meanwhile, a familiar figure watches from the forest as the teens run around playing Tag.
He chuckles as Toby tumbles down the hill outside of the school, only to get back up and laugh.
"Don't worry, Toby, I'll come for you soon," he whispered, disappearing into the darkness.
