Astrid's POV
It's been 1 year ever since Hiccup left. And now he's coming back.
I dont know how I should feel. Mad that he left me for so long? Or happy that he's finally coming back? I have mixed feelings.
I don't know, every since he's been gone, I've just been empty. I dont know that last time I smiled, or laughed.
"Astrid?" Jack was standing by my bedroom door.
"Hmm?" I was snapped out of my daydream.
"you ready?" He asked.
"Ready for what?" I asked cluelessly.
"To meet......Hiccup." He said cautiously.
I groaned. "Ok."

The gang, and half the school were at the park waiting for Hiccup. Apparently, there were tons of girls who were interested in Hiccup, and boys who were friends with him.
"Hey!!! It's Hiccup!!!"
Everyone was cheering............except for me.
The gang crowded around him..........except for me.
He talked to everyone.............except for me.
I walked away, unlike everyone else. I didn't want to meet Hiccup. I just wish he never left.
"Astrid? Oh my gosh It's been so long since I've seen you!" He hugged me and I slightly pushed him away.
He coughed in comfortableness. There was a moment of silence. "So, Astrid. I want you to meet someone."
"Who?" I said with no emotion.
A girl with wild, curly red hair. " 'ello! I'm Merida."
"Well, yeah, this is my girlfriend."
I kinda blacked out for a moment. "Hmm? Oh yeah, nice to meet you." A lump was in my throat. "yeah, I should be going."
"Wait!!" I heard him yell.
"Come on Hiccup. I want some cake." I heard Merida exclaim. UGgh, oh how I hate that thick accent.
