Falling Into You

Chapter 15

We're checking into a hotel today. Tomorrow is the first concert of the tour, in Boston.
After we check in we have one last rehearsal.
Me and Alex are in Room 206.
Rene comes up to me, "What room are you two in?"
"206, you?"
"210"
"Oh we're close then" I smiled
"Yeah I guess so"
Alex came up behind me and put his arm around me. "What are we talking about?" he interrupts.
"Uh just room numbers" I say
"Well speaking of rooms let's go unpack"
"Okay" he takes my hand and walks toward the elevator. I turn my head to look at Rene, he smiles at me.
We get in the elevator and press our floor number.
Alex puts his arms around me and kisses my cheek. I turn and kiss him back.
"Isn't the tour going to be amazing?!" I say with a big smile.
"Yeah I think so"
"You think? I know it's going to be great! I love touring!"
"Yeah I know you do" he looked at me with a smile
We get off the elevator and go into our room.
"This is a nice room" I say to Alex
"Yeah it is" he walks past me and looks around "I think the bedroom is down the hall" he says gesturing for me to follow him. I grab my bag and follow him down the hall. We both walk into the bedroom. The first thing I see is a huge bed. I can't wait to sleep in it!
"Well, let's leave our bags and go see what everyone's doing" Alex says to me, I nod and follow him out of the room.
We walk of our hotel room and see Rene and Tony in the hall.
"Hey guys" Alex says
"Hi" they say in unison (😉)
"What are the dinner plans tonight?"
"We saw a restaurant around here, it looked pretty nice. We were thinking we could try it"
"Alright sounds good to me"
"Hey Alex I was thinking about going for a walk, I wanna look around. Do you want to come?"
"Yeah sure that'd be great" he turns to me "Uh Céline, do you mind if I go?"
"No not at all, have fun" I smile
"Rene do you want to come?" Tony asks him
"No thanks, I think I'm going to stay here and unpack a little"
"Okay, well we'll be back at some time today or tonight"
"Tonight?" I say
"Yeah I'm not sure when we'll be back" Tony says to me
"Is that still okay?" Alex asks me
"Yeah that's fine, I'll find something to do"
"Alright, I'll see you when I got back" he gives me a kiss and walks away with Tony.
I watch as they get on the elevator, when the doors close I turn to Rene.
"Are you busy tonight?" I ask him
"Not at all"
"We should find something to do. It's just us for the night"
"Yeah sounds great. But what can we do?"
"I don't know, we'll find something to do"
"There's a restaurant across the street, we could go check it out if you want?" He suggests
"Sounds good, let's go"

We walk into the restaurant, it's small but nice. I see an open bar and point to it.
"Perfect, let's go!" Rene says as he starts to walk over. I follow him.
"Hi there, what can I get you?" The bartender asks
"What do you have?" Rene asks. The bartender lists what they have. "Two beers please"
"Coming right up" they don't have much, like I said its a small restaurant.
The bartender brings back over the beers. "Big fan by the way" he says to me with a smile
"Thank you so much!"
"Would you mind signing an autograph for me? If you don't mind"
"Yes of course, no problem. What do you want me to sign?"
"Um, I don't have anything with me... A napkin?" He says with a laugh
"Sure" I smile. He hands me a pen. I sign the napkin and hand it back to him.
"Wow thank you so much! I hope you are enjoying yourself here in Boston"
"I am thanks. I mean I just got here an hour ago, but so far it's been great"
"Good I'm glad you're having a good time. Have fun with the tour and the show tomorrow night"
"Are you coming to the show?" I ask
"I'm coming to the second show"
"Great, I hope you have a good time!"
"I know I will" he smiles "Thanks again for the autograph"
"No problem" I smile at him and he walks away to go serve someone else. "He was sweet" I say to Rene.
"Yeah at least he wasn't a crazy fan"
"Yeah that would've been bad" we both laugh.

We finish our beers and order another one, and another, and another. Eventually Rene says we should go back to the hotel. We pay for our drinks and head back to the hotel.
"What time is it even?" I ask Rene, he checks his watch.
"12:45"
"Oh wow. Do you think Alex and Tony will be back?"
"I don't know. Probably not"
"Good, I need to sleep the beers off"
"Yeah I think we got a little carried away"
"A little?" We both laugh

When we get back to the hotel, Rene walks me to my room.
"Thanks for spending time with me tonight" I say
"No problem, I was hoping we would be able to spend some time together"
"Me too... Well I guess I'll see you tomorrow"
"Yeah, the first show, wow"
"I know"
"Are you nervous?"
"A little bit but I think I'm more excited"
"That's good. Well, I'll see you tomorrow. Goodnight Céline"
"Goodnight" I kiss his cheek and give him a smile before going into my room...

I am so sorry it has taken me forever to update. I didn't mean to take this long, I just couldn't figure out what to write. I have better chapters planned, so hopefully they'll be better. :)
