Magnus's POV:

Alec walked through the door after many weeks of seeing a physician. I was on the phone to my boss, I had finally called and told him what had happened. I guess the only reason he let me stay at work was because he was a close friend of mine, Raphael. He wasn't a scientist himself but he funded the research. Now that I think about it, most of the people that I know have dark hair, as did Raphael. He was a very muscular man, very typical. He tried to hide his true emotions, but I knew so much about him and what we've been through together that I could see straight through him.

"Okay, thank you. I'll be there Monday." I threw the phone on the coach as I noticed Alec. He had turned around to shut the door. I walked up behind him and grabbed his shoulders. I twisted him around, pushed him against the door and started to kiss him. At first he was startled by the sudden feeling of lips pressed against his, but he then softened into the embrace. I then moved my head and started to kiss down his neck so he could catch his breath. My hands moved down to the bottom of his shirt as I slipped my hands under it to his bare shin. I felt his muscles and abs tense up.

"You know before I went into that comma?" He said after he finally caught his breath. I moved my head to face him, my hands still under his shirt.
"Really, Alexander? You think this is a good time to talk about this? Of all things to talk about? Not even our first date or kiss? Do you even remember it?"
"Actually, I don't remember it. Now that I think about it, its all a bit blurry." I playfully hit him on the chest at the sarcastic remark.
"No- but really, hear me out. You know how people say that the second before you die, or think you're going to die, images of your life flash through your mind?"
"Yeah." I said, growing curious.
"Well, the car came rushing towards me, then it was pitch black, nothing for a split second. Then images of you flooded my brain. You were all I saw in that moment...you are my life."
After a moment of me staring at him in shock of his sudden romanticism, I cup his face in my hands and kiss him, hard but full of love. Then he started to kiss down my neck, mimicking me, as I tangled my hands in his black, messy hair which fell across his face.
"I've been waiting to do this for so long." I say as I take of his shirt. My hands trace his slightly weak muscles. Before I know it, we're on the couch and-

I woke up the next day, my arms wrapped around a shirtless Alexander. He was asleep. He looked innocent as ever, and yet somehow the most stunning man I had ever seen. I tangled the tips of my fingers in his chest hair to wake him up.
"Hmmm." He made the noise as though telling me to stop, I carried on. After a while his eyes had finally opened.
"Good morning." I said smiling and placed a kiss on his shoulder. He jolted back when his eyes were fully open.
"What's wrong, Alec?" I asked, completely baffled.
"Who are you? Where am I?"
"Oh Alec, you're not going to fool me with one of your terrible jokes again." I reached up and kissed him on the lips. His hands shot up to my shoulders and pushed me away. There wasn't anymore coach to fall back on so I fell to the floor, hitting my elbow. He noticed that I was simply in my underwear and threw the blanket at me, as if asking me to cover up. He then realised that he was in the same state and had just uncovered himself. He grabbed the pillows nearest to him and covered himself up.
"Where the hell am I?" He said, slightly raising his voice.
"Alec?" I reached over to rest my hand on his knee as he sat up. Before I could even get close to him, he slapped my hand away. Alec always had amazing reflexes, I should've known.
"Don't you dare touch me!" I was thrown back by his sudden exclamation. "Tell me where the hell I am and who the hell you are!"
"Alec- come on, don't do this to me. You know where you are."
"Tell me." I could see the frustration in his eyes.
"Alec, you're at home, our home. I'm Magnus, your fiancé." The word burnt my throat. How could I be his fiancé if he couldn't recognise me?
"We're together?" His voice started to soften.
"Alexander, please tell me this is one of your petty jokes." There was no reply. "If it is, it's really not funny. You can't make me go through loosing you again."
"Again?" He asked.
"...You were in a car accident, a couple months ago. Then you fell into a comma for four months. The shit that I went through- Alec, please. Please please please tell me this is a joke."

"This isn't a joke. I have no idea who you are."
