Chapter 10: Double Date

It's now the weekend and I got asked to go with Mikey and this guy named Ray on their date, but they want me to go with Gerard.

I got explained who Ray is and that I helped him ask Mikey, so I said yeah. And Gerard said he'd go, apparently we're going to watch a horror movie at the cinema and then go to this really awesome Italian restaurant. I'm in, mainly because Italian is amazing! And I love horror movies.

Gerard and Mikey came to get me an hour ago, now we're waiting for Ray.

"What movie are we watching?" I ask, I want to know... See if it sounds good.

"Not sure, Ray won't spill," Mikey answers.

I nod and slouch back in my seat, then Gerard leans over to whisper in my ear, "Who do you think is going to make the first move? Mikey or Ray?"

"Mikey," I whisper back.

"No way! It's totally going to be Ray," he retorts.

"How much you want bet?"

"Mmm..... Ten bucks."

"Deal," then we shake hands and wait some more.

We're now at the cinema and I found out that we're watching The Conjuring, sounds pretty good.

Once we get in the movie theater we file into our seats, the order being Ray, Mikey, me, Gerard.

We got here a little early, so there's just a bunch of previews and stuff showing, I take this opportunity to get to know Gerard.

"Hey, Gerard."

"Yeah?"

"I wanna get to know you, because y'know."

"Yep, just ask."

"Um, music?"

"I like rock, to sum it up.

"Me too! Um, favorite color?"

"Black!"

"Same. Any instruments?"

"I can sing," he says a bit unsure.

"I play guitar," I say proudly.

"I know."

The questions continue until the lights finally go out and the movie starts.

The movie has just ended, I jumped three times and screamed none. Gerard jumped four and screamed none. Mikey: Jumped twice and screamed once. Ray: jumped five and screamed none.

It was very interesting, my favorite part was when that little ghost/demon/whatever girl said, "Hey, wanna play hide and clap?" Then giggled and then two hands appeared by the lady's face and then clapped twice. In my opinion, it was kind of funny.

Now we are at the Italian Restaurant, and I ordered some pasta and a few breadsticks because I'm a vegetarian. Ray and Mikey are splitting a pizza. And Gerard also got pasta.

*~*~*~*Skipping Boring Parts*~*~*~*

We're pulling up to Mikey and Gerard's house and it's just now getting dark. The sunset is a beautiful mixture of orange, pink, and purple. Gerard and I are walking to the door, just talking about random things.

I turn and see Mikey kissing Ray on the cheek.

"Gerard, I win," I say to him with a smile of victory on my face.

"Fuck you, Iero."

"Time and place, Way?"

His face went from a slight smile to a shocked expression, then he just said, "Shut up and go inside!"

I burst into a giggle fit while Gerard glares at me in annoyance, that was great!

"Oh, that was great, Gee. I won the bet and hahahaha, your reaction!"

"Gee? Since when do you call me that?"

"I don't know, it just fits." Honestly, I have no idea where it came from. I guess I've called him it before? No, if he was my bully why would I give him a nickname like that? Maybe... I don't know...

Sadly, I couldn't stay over at Gerard and Mikey's house because my mom wanted to work on my memory for a while. Then let me go to sleep.

And by a while she meant for two hours. I literally just wanted to die of boredom... Like I only remembered close to nothing tonight. I just want to go on, those things are the past so they don't matter to me. I want to live in the present, forget the past, and think of the future.

Now I'm just laying in bed, looking at that song Gerard and I wrote. I like it, I just need to think music for it... I can't quite think of anything to exactly go with it. I'm still trying to figure out if it should be slow, fast? In between? Should there be any type of screaming? Or just singing. I'll ask Gerard if he remembers anything about it, which I'm sure he does..

Okay, so I'm really sorry for not updating! But I've this chapter wrote probably since the day after I last updated. But I got stuck without wifi for about five days! I promise I'll try to update tomorrow.
