To my dearest Carmilla Web Series,
The Carmilla web series saved me. I was out of tumblr for a while, trying to make sense of recent painful life events, but I decided to check tumblr again. It was how I knew about the little web series that changed a lot of lives, including mine. I was not in a good place before I bumped into the Hollstein gifs and then I binged the whole season 1. I started drawing again, I started writing again - the light inside of me was burning again. Through the show, I met great people and amazing friends. The social impact made by the show all over the world is wonderful and heartwarming. I have talked to people who are very passionate about the show, who also have been saved by the show, by the story, by the characters, by the amazing people behind it. It is bittersweet to say goodbye to Carmilla, but the show will always stay with me. Thank you, thank you so freaking much!
