I started watching Carmilla in 2014 when I was 15. My parents, my friends...they didn't know that I was gay but I secretly knew. And I was terrified. Watching Carmilla has changed my life. I used to be afraid to tell I was gay, only my best friend knew and finding the Creampuff community has given me a lot of good memories. I'm very glad to the whole cast for being the amazing humans that changed my life. Now I feel proud to be gay and I don't hide anymore, my parents and my friends turned out to be very supportive and now I feel like I officially belong to the tampon fandom. Carmilla has given me a lot of good memories that I will never forget. I've made friends thank to this series. And, I will be eternally glad for "receiving" this show when I needed it. A show in which not all queer characters die. In which people don't discriminate. And last but not least, in which lesbians can have a happy ending.
