Last summer, I saw a gif of two very pretty girls kissing on my tumblr dashboard, over a link to a YouTube series called Carmilla. I clicked it, and I have never been the same since. The cast and creative crew of Carmilla never cease to amaze and inspire me. They inspire me as an actor to create beautiful moments like they have created on my computer screen. They inspire me as a queer woman to love unashamedly and fearlessly. Natasha and Elise together make magic that has broken and mended my heart so many times. I hope to one day be able to do the kind of work and make the kind of difference these wonderful people already have. A million hugs and thank yous to the people behind Carmilla. I have the best wishes of success and happiness for you all.
