Chapter10

POV~Nick

I wake up in a room that isn't mine. I look around and see a small bunny asleep next to me. A smile appears on my face as I remember the events of last night. After Jack left we made out for like an hour before snuggling up on her couch to watch Furfix.

I don't remember what happened after that since I'm on her couch and she's next to me I guess we fell asleep together.

I watch as Judy's chest slowly rises and falls, she looks amazing when she is asleep. I start stroking her fur softly. You are my perfect bunny.

After a few minutes of stroking her fur, she finally wakes up, "Hey Carrots."

She yawns,"Hey Nick."

"What do you want to do today, Carrots," I say messing with her ears.

"Nick! Stop it," she yelled hitting my hands away. "We have training to do today, but after that, I was thinking we could have some fun."

"Oh you sly bunny," I say to her.

"Dumb fox," she says getting out of grasp and walking to her room.

"Where you going Carrots," I say leaning back on the couch.

"To change, I can't train in a dress, I advise you do the same," she says entering her room.

"I'll be back in a sec," I shout before running to my room and grabbing a white t-shirt and basketball shirts. I put them on and run back to Judy's room.

I knock before entering, "Hey Judy, I am back. You ready yet," I say before hearing her shower going. A devious grin played on my face.

I slowly walk to her bathroom, I open the door just a crack and switch off the lights. I run in, grab her towel and run out slamming the door behind me. 

I hear Judy shouting my name as I collapse to the ground laughing. I hear the shower turn off and see Judy opening her door and popping her head out of it, "Nick! I need that towel! It's my only one," she yelled.

I smile, "Ah come on Carrots you can let me dry you off."

"Nick! I am serious, please give me back my towel. We're going to be late," she whined.

"How about you come and get it from me,"  I say smirking at her.

"NICK! NO! We may be dating but we are not at that base yet," she exclaims.

"Oh, so we will be at that base, can't wait," I say throwing her, her towel,"Here you go Carrots."

Judy caught the towel and slammed the door shut, ah I love that bunny. I walk over to her couch and sit down, waiting for her to change. After a minute she comes walking out of the bathroom wearing a purple t-shirt and black yoga pants.

I stare at her, unable to take my eyes off of her till she walks over and playfully slaps my face,"Stop eye raping me Nick, we need to go."

"I was doing no such thing, I was just admiring your potted plant."

"Nick, I don't have a potted plant. Now let's go," she demands.

"Oh come on, I don't want to train with Jack, he's weird," I say remembering what I saw the other night."

"How is Jack weird, he's pretty cool."

"Well did you know he has a fox plushie that looks a lot like me."

"Doesn't every bunny, uh I mean, yeah that's weird. Who would have a fox plushie I mean right," she said nervously."

"Judy please tell me you don't have a fox plushie," I say shaking my head.

"Maybe, can we just go to training, please," she begs.

"Fine let's go, but when I get there I'm asking Jack what's up with that plushie," I grumble.

~During Training

We walk into the fitness room of the motel to see Jack already has everything set up and ready for us. "Nick, Judy, you guys ready for today's training," he asks us.

"We are, but I have a quick question for ya," I say.

"Go ahead, what do you want to ask."

"Why do you have a fox plushie, I know it's your business but it's kinda of weird for me since it looks kind of like me."

"Oh, that, that was my son's. It's the only thing I have to remind me of him," he says sadly.

"Shit, sorry Jack. I didn't mean anything by it, I am sorry," I say feeling a little guilty.

"What happened to your son," Judy asks.

Jack breathes deeply, "He was taken by the same people who framed you two. He's been gone for almost two months."

"Why would they take him, aren't you a high ranking ZIA operative," Judy asks.

"I am but, he, he was a hybrid. Part bunny part fox. That's why he had a fox, to remember his mother."

"A hybrid? What happened to the mother," I ask.

"She was killed in a car accident, or so they say. It was actually a ploy to kill me, her and my son. My son and I weren't in the car, so they only took her out."

"That's horrible. How old is your boy," Judy says.

"He is only eight, so he doesn't know what's truly happening."

"Don't worry Jack, we'll make sure to save your boy while clearing our names," I say patting Jack on the back.

"Thank you, if been trying to get to him, but I've had no good leads."

"Jack, we are here to help you no matter what, now what do you saw about teaching us some new things to beat the bastards who killed your wife, stole your kid, and framed us," I say.

Jack smiles,"Yeah let's go."
