Victor Zsasz stood before his employer, head bowing down in momentarily greeting.
"Any news on Harley, boss?" He asked the man before him.
"Quite so. Our little doll has gotten herself tangled up with Bruce Wayne. He's gotten her old job back, here at the Asylum. Now, I know you have a meeting with Joker later. Let it slip that she's with him, and let the chaos begin. I have a theory that our little billionaire is Batman. So either the Joker kills him, and my reign over this city is secured indefinitely, or he locks up the Joker, allowing me complete control over the criminals of Gotham. Either or, I win. The Scarecrow's time has begun, and you, my most trusted partner shall rule beside me. Are we clear, Victor?" Jonathan Crane asked, his hands interlocking behind his back. He wore a smug, satisfied smile.
"Yes, Jonathan. I understand. Our time has come. I'll report back to you later."
"Good. Dismissed."
And with that, Victor was off.
In the room, Jonathan began to laugh. "It was a pleasure while it lasted, Victor."
