Before Cole and I can even enter the house a women is out the front door and has thrown herself into my arms. I take a step back at the sudden force. "Dani bambina sua venire casa! Ero cominciare in perdere la speranza." Nona starts crying. I look over her shoulder at Cole. He smiles before translating, "Dani child you've come home! I was starting to lose hope."

"It's ok Nona," I say. "I'm here now, to stay." The woman begins to cry even more. "You talk." She chokes out in between her sobs. Nodding, I respond, "Cole helped me find my voice." Nona wipes away her tears and pulls away from me. "I know I did something right with him." She lightly chuckles causing both of us to smile.

All of a sudden, Nona gasps, "Dani you look like you've been through hell and back! Goddess what happened?" Cole growls at the memories. "Trouble with hunters, we had to jump off the plane." Nona gasps. "Come inside now both of you I will make some hot chocolate and whip up some sandwiches." Cole puts his hand on the small of my back leading me towards the kitchen.

"It's good to be home." I whisper in his ear. Cole smiles, "I agree, this is the start to many years together." I smile as well showing him how much I agree with his previous statement. Before Cole, I wasn't sure about my place in this world. But now, I know for sure. I am meant to lead this pack, side by side with my Alpha. He is what makes me happy. He is my mate, it wasn't just chance that I walked into the diner that day. It was because of fate. My fate, our fate. 

One Week Later

"Cole!" I call walking into our bedroom. I blush when he emerges from the bathroom in nothing but a towel. This however, only causes him to smirk. Rolling my eyes I toss him his clothes, "You just need to lower that ego Mister Alpha."

"What's up?" Cole asks, ignoring my dis while walking into the closet to change. "I was talking with Grandad and he says they are scheduling the pack meeting for Sunday." I say while sitting down on the bed, lightly swinging my feet back and forth.

Cole comes out frowning. "Are you ok with meeting the pack Dani?" I nod slowly, I think I'm ready to meet everybody." "You know..." He begins before I cut him off. "I have spent this past week thinking about it, and I am ready for you to mark me." Cole looks up at me startled by my statement. "Are you sure Dani?" He walks over and gently grasps my chin, tilting my face so my eyes state directly into his honey brown orbs, he asks me one more time for confirmation. Nodding, I once again give him his answer. Cole doesn't waste a second after he validates my permission.

Before I can acknowledge moving I am pulled up and into his arms. Cole begins to softly trail kisses from my lips, to my jaw, all the way down my collarbone. The new sensations cause me to feel light headed and I grab his shoulders to keep myself steady. My head continues to spin as my heart pumps viciously in my chest

. Who knew something as simple as kisses would have this much of an effect on me? I spoke to soon. Cole backs me up to the bed and is in the process of slowly lowering me down when he finds what he is looking for. The spot. The spot where I can no longer hold in my moans when he moves his kisses there.

Pain. Pain is all I feel, my desire is long forgotten. I try not to scream out, voicing my agony, when Cole's canines pierce my skin. Cole warned me this would hurt, but I didn't understand how intense the pain would be until this second when I am feeling it.

Cole extracts his teeth and licks the wound clean. "I'm sorry baby." I try to smile but wince at the pain in my neck. He kisses away my tears as he voices his praise and apologies; "I'm so sorry Dani." I try to get over the white hot burning, but truth is: I am hurting. This is an intimate moment shared between the two of us; there should be no pain only happiness. "I love you." I whisper despite my tears. Cole gathers me in his arms and lays down on the bed next to me. He answers me in my mind. I love you too Dani. I jump slightly in shock. Cole chuckles at my reaction. "Mindlink baby," He explains. "It's kind of like telepathy, but only with the other members in the pack. You are their Luna now. If you are ever in trouble just link me and I will come to you." He finishes his explanation by kissing my forehead and by gathering me closer to him.

"How do I mindlink you?" I ask. Cole smiles, "Think about sending me a message in your head." Did it work? I hear Cole's deep chuckle, Yes baby it worked. I smile before changing targets. Jorden? I think. The response is instant. Way to go Shorty, Cole marked you? Congrats you are now our full Luna.

"Good night Cole." I grin and cuddle further into his arms. Cole kisses my forehead before turning off the bedside table lamp. This is where I belong, in Cole's arms, forever. I will never get tired of him because I love him more than I ever could have imagined. He is my Alpha mate, and I am his Luna.
