Just friends? Demi Lovato leaves show with ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas.
They've both opened up about their close relationship but could it be that the former couple are closer than anyone knows? The 24 year old former Disney star was joined by Jonas as they left his band DNCE's concert.
The pair looked every inch the happy couple as Demi clutched tightly onto Joe's hand as he led her to their waiting car.
'What are you reading?' Demi asks as she rolls onto her side.
'We got papped.' He replies holding his phone out to her.
'Oh... I'm hungry.' She says resting her hand on his chest.
'Mmm... What do you want to eat?' He asks and she shrugs her shoulders.
'What've you got?' She asks.
'I'll make whatever you want.' He replies.
'Surprise me.' She says smiling. He kisses the top of her head and climbs out of bed as she grabs her phone from the bedside table. Scrolling through Twitter she can't help but smile at the amount of people who seem so excited about the idea of her and Joe even possibly being together which is crazy because they're not even together... She doesn't know what she'd call them; friends just doesn't seem right anymore now that she's slept with him but at the same time she's not ready to be in a relationship. It's complicated.

'You do realise you're just fueling the rumours by posting that.' Joe says as he sits down on the edge of the bed.
'Why? They don't know the other bowl is for you.' She replies shrugging her shoulders.
'We're pictured leaving the concert together and then you post a picture of breakfast in bed... People aren't stupid, Dems.' He says.
'Do you want me to delete it?' She asks.
'No. That's not what I meant... I don't care what the tabloids think I was just thinking about you.' He replies and she shrugs her shoulders.
'It's not really rumours if it's true.' She says glancing up at him.
'What do you mean?' He asks and she sighs.
'I don't know, Joe... I just feel like something has changed. This was only supposed to be a night of fun.' She replies.
'But somehow one night doesn't seem enough?' He says and she shakes her head.
'I don't think I'm ready for a relationship, Joe. I've just got out of a long term relationship and while I don't want to you know sleep around the thought of jumping back into a serious relationship scares me.' She admits and he smiles.
'We don't have to have anything serious. Why don't we just see how things go? No one has to know, well obviously Mike knows but other than that.' He says and she smiles.
'I'd like that.' She replies.
'Good, now eat...' He says gesturing to the food in front of them.

'What's your plans for the rest of the day?' Joe asks.
'I'm not moving and you can't make me.' Demi replies sleepily as she pulls the covers up and smiles at him.
'I wouldn't dream of it. I've got a meeting at two but you're more than welcome to stay here until I get back.' He says and she nods her head.
'I think I'll just stay here. I'm so tired.' She replies causing him to smile.
'Go back to sleep. I'll leave a spare key by the side of the bed in case you want to leave.' He says.
'Thank you.' She replies.
Sorry for the shit & short chapter. I'm not sure how I feel about this story. I don't have much inspiration for it at the moment however I have tons of information for later chapters so I just need to figure out how to get it to that point. I'm sorry if the next few chapters are a bit short and boring but I'm hoping once I fully get into it you'll enjoy it, please bear with me.
