Chapter 5

"Aubrey?", I ask loudly when I step inside my mansion to see if she's here. "Yes! I'm in the kitchen!", she replies and I rush over there.

I stop short when I see her and I have to prevent myself from thinking the thoughts I'm not supposed to think. It's just that she looks so hot.

Aubrey is only wearing a pink panty and a white bra. Her light brown hair is hanging down her back. In her
left hand she's holding a huge cup of ice-cream and in the other one she has a steady grip of a spoon.

"Close your eyes!", she commands excited and I do as she says. "Open up your mouth." I feel the cold and good tasting chocolate ice-cream on my tongue. I open up my eyes just to see her lick the spoon.

She's well aware that she's seducing me by her attire and her sexual body language, and I've got the feeling that it's her purpose. She wants to seduce me, that's the reason to why she's acting like this.

She gently puts the cup and spoon down on the kitchen island and I follow her every move. She stops in front of me and place her hand on my arm, and I look down on it before I meet up with her eyes.

I understand were this is going, and I have to make an end to it, now.
"Aubrey, we...", I'm able to say before she crashes her lips to mine. I get so suprised and shocked that I stand still, and that's the dumbest thing to do in this kind of situation.

I put my arms on her shoulders and press her away from me. Her gaze is heart broken and deeply sad. It tears me apart to see her this way.
"Aubrey...we...", I start but stop myself to figure out the right way to tell her.
"You and I, it's not going to happen again. It's in the past and it has to stay that way.", I say and her eyes are empty.
"But we are perfect together, admit it.", she says with a hopeless voice.
"We 'were' perfect together.", I correct.

"Aubrey you are my best friend. I still think that you're extremly gorgeous and hot, and I won't lie; this attire turns me on.", I say honest, look down her body and she smiles wide at me. "It's just that I only see you as my friend, okay?" She nods carefully but I can see that she isn't okay with it, at all.
I really do hope this doesn't affect our unique friendship, because it has taken us over 20 years to rebuild after our terrible break-up.

Aubrey leaves my mansion after her 'many days visit' because I believe that it's best if she sleeps somewhere else tonight. We're still friends, but I feel weird about having her sleeping here when she just told me about her feelings for me. It's just for one night and then tomorrow we can go on as usual, I think.

When the evening arrive I decide to go meet up with the lads at the club to party, because there's no real party without me, and I need to get my mind of Caitlin and Aubrey. That's why the club is the perfect place for me to be in this moment.
- Flashing lights, high-thumping music, great drinks and hot girls - that's what I'm talking about.
