Niall’s Pov:

A soul mate is somebody you plan to spend the rest of your life with. You can meet your soul mate at any age, One day you’ll meet that one person whos right for you in every single way, They’ll understand you in ways nobody else does, They’ll be your bestfriend aswell as your lover. That one person will hold you in there arms and not let you go, They’ll tell you how beautiful you are everyday just so you know it, They’ll be anything you want them to be, But if you really love them you wouldn’t change them for the world. That one person will stand beside you through darkness and light, When they say the wedding vows they’ll mean them with everything they have, They’ll love, Honor, Cherish and protect you, Stay faithful to you, Stay by your side through sickness and health, And they’ll love you until the day you die. Everyday they’ll wake up and smile because your beside them, Late at night they’ll hold you in there arms and gently draw patterns into your skin just like Zayn’s doing with me right now, He’s my soul mate and I don’t know what I’d be without him.

“What’re you thinking about?” Zayn asked.

“You and I” I replied, Zayn smiled as he linked our fingers together.

“What about us?” He questioned.

“Our story, Do you remember how we met?” I asked, Zayn nodded.

“Through our parents, They got along amazing and introduced us to eachother, You thought I was a stuck up badboy with no manners and no decent heart, I actually remember you telling me the only person I could ever love is myself because nobody could find a way to love my massive ego” Zayn said, I laughed.

“Sorry about that, But you proved me wrong, You kept pushing and pushing at me until I agreed to give you a chance, That’s when you took me bowling” I said, Zayn nodded.

“Our very first date, You had to help me get a strike cause I never got one” Zayn commented, I laughed at the memory.

“But you taught me how to skate and to spray paint” I replied.

“Even though you told me it was nothing but horrible graffiti that criminals do” Zayn joked, I laughed happily.

“I was wrong again, You proved me wrong with alot of things, The graffiti was what made me fall inlove with you” I whispered, Zayn held me closer.

“When I spray painted your name on the wall inside a love heart, That’s where we had our first date” I said, Zayn nodded.

“It’s also where we had our first kiss” Zayn added, I smiled at the memory.

“We had a picnic even though it was freezing outside, Then you held me against your chest when it got colder, Told me how amazing I was and how you felt about me” I said as I cuddled closer to Zayn’s chest.

“You know I still remember each word I said” Zayn informed me, I looked up in disbelief.

“Really?” I asked, Zayn nodded. “But it’s been ten years Zi” I exclaimed, Zayn smiled as he ran his fingers through my hair.

“It dosen’t matter how long it’s been because nothings changed since that day” Zayn stated, I smiled before looking down.

“Remind me again what it was you said” I asked with a cheeky smile.

“Niall I know you didn’t like me from the beginning, You thought I wasn’t a decent person, You thought I had this massive ego but I’ve proved you wrong, Were friends now and I don’t wanna push my luck, I don’t wanna be selfish but I can’t help it. For so long I’ve had these feelings, Feelings that I shouldn’t be having because people like you are to good for people like me, But I just can’t help myself, I know your out of my league Niall but I need you to know, I need you to know how much you mean to me, You need to know that you’ve taken my heart and I’ve fallen madly inlove with you” Zayn spoke the same words he spoke all those years ago, My heart was warming as my smile widened.

“I was never out of your league” I stated, Zayn smiled once again before leaning down and placing a kiss to my lips.

“Remember when you cooked us our first meal?” Zayn asked, I instantly began laughing.

“I forgot all about it and ended up setting the smoke alarm off and there was smoke everywhere” I mumbled as I tried not to laugh, Laughs of happiness were leaving Zayn’s lips. “And that time we tried to make a cake, But we ended up having a food fight that you started” I said, Zayn raised an eyebrow.

“I didn’t start it you did while trying to juggle those eggs, You ended up dropping one on the floor forgot it was there while taking the batter mix to the oven ended up falling over and the batter went everywhere” Zayn said, I laughed loudly.

“That was our first anniversary the night before prom” I said.

“The night we made love for the first time” Zayn added, I nodded.

“The first of many amazing nights we spent together” Zayn stated.

“Two years later we brought our first home, This place” I replied.

“That was when I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you” Zayn said, I looked up at him.

“You proposed on my birthday, Best birthday present I ever got” I informed him, Zayn smiled before leaning down and pressing his lips against mine, I kissed him back straight away, We pulled away only moments later.

“We have so many amazing memories together” I said, Zayn slowly ran his fingers through my hair before pecking my lips.

“And we have so many more to come” Zayn stated, And he was right, We did.
