I'll Wait Forever For You Part 2

Tumblr prompt- hi sweetie! can you do a part 2 to the "i'll wait forever for you" where they are now at university and you can chose what happens whether they are in the same class or one has to be tutored but yeah lol they are all shocked on how much they both grew up and how different they look and zayn is 22 and niall is 16-18 :) please? and they go to ones dorm room and they see a pic of themselves on whoevers dresser and thats how they find out! then fluff and kisses and love!!!! please!

Niall's Pov:

Everything changed. He made a promise that nothing would change, But it did. I loved Zayn, I still love Zayn so much, I've always loved him. I have done since I was just ten years old. We were forced to remain a secret people would never have understood the love we had for eachother. When Zayn left for university I was gutted. My heart it was slowly torn apart. Zayn made a promise, Even back then I doubted it, He promised me that nothing would change, But it did, It all changed. At first I blamed Zayn, I'd even go as far as to say I hated him. He stopped calling me, He no longer skyped me, He'd always come out with excuses like he's to busy with work. Back then I thought he was lying because he was bored of me, But when I was in my final year of school, I realized that was far from the truth. We started drifting apart, The distance between us became a serious problem. Eventually we lost all contact that we had. People say when you love somebody let them go, If it's meant to be they'll find a way back to you, Zayn hasn't come back. Losing him was the darkest time in my life.

I'm now eighteen and I've started my first year at university. I've moved away from home, Away from my family. I won't lie at first I was afraid. I was so used to having my family around me, Not having them here was strange. I've been at university for a few months now and I'm loving it, But it's hard, Harder then I thought it would be. Being here it makes me think of Zayn. Was his work pile as big as mine? How long were his lectures? I shouldn't have acted the way I did. I should have believed what he said. I shouldn't have let things between us end the way they did. Sometimes I wonder if he misses me the way I miss him. In my university room I keep a picture of the two of us on my side table, The picture was taken years ago. I smiled to myself as I looked at the picture, We were so happy together, So young. The sound of someone knocking on my dorm room door snapped me from my thoughts. I put the picture back on my side table before standing up. 

"The doors unlocked!" I yelled, The door was then opened. "Sorry mate I just need to grab my books" I said as I rummaged through my backpack.

"Niall?" My eyes widened. Zayn, That's Zayn's voice, But it can't be, I slowly looked up and felt my heart freeze.

"Zayn?" I chocked out, It's him, It's really him. Zayn's stood right infront of me after all this time. 

"Is, Is it really you?" Zayn exclaimed, I couldn't speak, I barely managed to nod my head. "Ni I" Zayn moved towards me. "I've missed you so much" He chocked out with tear filled eyes.

"I've missed you too" I spoke before we crashed into eachothers arms. Our embrace was tight, Neither of us wanted to let go of the other incase this whole thing was a dream. We slowly looked up at eachother and before either of us knew it our lips had melted together, Moments later we pulled away.

"I can't believe it's you" Zayn cried out, We slowly pulled away from the hug. I slowly wiped away Zayn's tears. 

"You've changed so much, What's all this?" I teased as my thumb ran over his facial hair, Zayn laughed. 

"I forgot to shave besides makes me look more manly" Zayn joked, I laughed as I took hold of his hands. "You've grown up Ni, So much" Zayn exclaimed as we sat down on my bed, I chuckled.

"Suppose I have" I mumbled.

"I bet your still the same old Nialler, Eating shit loads of chocolate, Nando's and pizza" Zayn said, i nodded.

"Remember when we made pizza together?" 

"Yeah! I made you laugh so hard that you spat your drink all over your mums favourite coat!" Zayn stated.

"She grounded me for a month for that!" I laughed.

"But I always snuck into your bedroom at night" Zayn added, I smiled at the memory. 

"I remember everything. Every memory, Every promise we made" I mumbled, Zayn sighed. "I'm sorry Zi, I ruined everything between us, I should have believed you. I was so young and clingy. I only thought of myself not of you" I exclaimed, Zayn shook his head.

"No, No you didn't. The distance was just to hard to handle. I understand Niall, We both let it come between us, But I never stopped loving you not for one second" Zayn said.

"I never stopped loving you either. Since the day we lost contact I've been miserable. Always wondering if your thinking about me and missing me" I admitted.

"Everyday I've wondered the exact same thing. I've wondered if you still blush bright red when someone kisses your nose" Zayn kissed my nose. "Or how you giggle when someone kisses your neck" Zayn kissed my neck and I placed my hand on his knee.

"Has there been anyone else?" Zayn shook his head.

"Nobody at all. It's always been you Niall" Zayn stated, I smiled.

"I love you Zayn, I always have, Your the only person I've ever loved, The only person I will love" I said, Zayn smiled before kissing my nose.

"I've never stopped loving you Ni, I never will" Zayn stated before pressing his lips against mine, I returned the kiss straight away, We then fell back against the mattress.

"Does this mean were back together?" I asked once we'd pulled away.

"We never broke up, Not in my heart anyway" Zayn said. "Now everyone can know about us" Zayn stated I smiled before laying my head on his chest, Zayn proceeded to kiss the top of my head. Times passed and alot of things have changed. Zayn and I we've both grown up, But the one thing that hasn't changed is the love in our hearts. The love we have for eachother it'll never fade. It's always been Niall and Zayn we complete eachother.
