Prompt from zialls-babe on Tumblr- Heya! Ziall prompt! (: Niall and Zayn have been together for 5 years and Zayn finds out he's pregnant with Nialls child when he is 6mo. along (a boy? ^-^). Niall wasnt keen on the idea until Harry knocked some sense into him! Include birth plz? Thx!

Zayn's Pov:

Everything was great, Everything was perfect. Things they were going amazing for Niall and I. Were happy, Were inlove and were unbreakable. So why did this have to happen? This one thing why'd it happen to me? To us? Were not ready for something like this. I'm not ready for this. For the past few months I've been ill and I've been gaining weight. At the time I put it down to food I'd eaten that wasn't good for me. However even when I began eating healthy I was still throwing up and feeling like shit. I was continuing to gain weight, I was moody and emotional, I was craving foods that should never go together. I started getting scared so I took a trip to the doctors, They ran a few tests before giving me the results. The results sent my world crashing down around me.

"Zayn what did the doctors say?" Liam asked, I couldn't take my eyes off Niall. How was I meant to tell him something like this?

"I erm, They, They found out what was wrong with me" I mumbled.

"Zi what's wrong? What's wrong with you? It's serious ain't it? Oh god it's serious" Niall exclaimed as worry filled his eyes, I began ruthlessly shaking my head.

"No, No it's nothing like that, They did find something, Something big but it's not anything like that, It's not serious, Well not life threatening serious anyway" I assured him, Niall slowly nodded his head.

"Ok? Then what is it?" He questioned.

"I erm, I-I" I couldn't get the words out, I quickly dug into my pocket and pulled out the leafleats the doctor had gave me, I threw them onto the table before grabbing my keys and running from the house.

"Zayn! Zayn wait! Zayn stop!" Louis yelled as he chased after me, I stopped dead in my tracks. "Zayn is it? Is it true? Are you really?"

"Pregnant? Yes Louis I'm pregnant" I snapped, Louis's eyes shot open as tears filled mine.

"What? How? It's not, I mean, How?" He exclaimed, I shook my head before slowly sitting down on a bench, Louis sat beside me moments later.

"I don't know how, I mean obviously I know how babies are made but I don't know how I'm carrying one, It's all just a blur" I said.

"How far gone are you?" He questioned.

"Six months" I whispered.

"What? Zayn what the fuck you shouldn't have ran out like that! Your gonna give birth in two months" Louis stated.

"I'm aware of that thankyou Louis" I spat out, Louis sighed. "I'm sorry" I said, Louis shrugged.

"It's the hormones ain't it?" He replied, I shrugged.

"How are you so calm about this? I'm pregnant and your sitting there so normal and understanding" I exclaimed, Louis shrugged.

"Stranger things have happened I guess, Plus it dosen't matter we can all try and understand this as much as we like but we never will" He pointed out, I looked down.

"I don't want it Lou, I don't want this baby" I mumbled, Louis placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Isin't just about you though is it?" He said, I looked up at him. "Your not the only one involved, Niall obviously has a say in this too" Louis stated.

"He won't want anything to with me after this" I exclaimed.

"Why'd you say that?" Louis questioned.

"Did you see the look on his face? He wasn't exactly jumping for joy" I mumbled

"Zi, Niall he loves you, He loves you more than anything in this world and he'd do anything for you, You've been together for five years, You've talked about adopting a baby" Louis explained. "See that ring on your finger? Niall gave it to you for a reason, He wants to spend the rest of his life with you, You may be scared right now but you ain't on your own. That baby in there is yours and Niall's, It's your little family Zayn" Louis stated.

"He's right Zi" My head shot up the moment I heard Niall's voice.

"I'll leave you to it" Louis said before standing up and quickly walking away. 

"How much of that did you hear?" I asked.

"Pretty much all of it, Zi listen, I'll be honest with you, I wasn't expecting that and Harry did give me a good kick up the ass, He reminded me what I already know, I love you, I love you so much and I want a family with you, I want it more then I've ever wanted anything in my life. This baby, Our baby is the family I've always wanted. Your scared and I understand that and trust me I'm just as scared as you are, But we can do this I know we can" Niall exclaimed, Tears began falling from my eyes.

"Do you really think we can do this?" I asked, Niall nodded before pressing his lips against mine.

"I know we can"

"Niall, Niall I can't do this!" I cried out as pain shot through my body.

"You can Zayn, You can do it I know you can, Just take deep breaths ok? In and out" Niall exclaimed.

"It hurts!" I sobbed.

"I know baby, I know" Niall whispered.

"No you fucking don't! Ahh! It's me feeling it not you! Ahh! Niall! Fucking hell! Don't you ever touch me again Horan!" I screamed.

"Alright Zayn were gonna take you down now" One of the doctors said. "Just keep breathing nice and deep for me just like you were taught" She added.

"I didn't do the stupid breathing classes, I already know how to breathe and it's not fucking helping! Ahhh god" I yelled.

"I'm really sorry about him" Niall exclaimed, The nurse smiled.

"Don't worry we've had worse, Would you like to be present at the birth?" She asked.

"Yes he would! He did this to me so he's fucking staying whether he wants to or not!" I stated before Niall even had the chance to speak.

Niall's Pov:

The birth was long and brutal. Zayn's screams were still echoing around my ears. My hand was dead after he squeezed the life from it, But it was all worth it. It was worth everything when I saw our beautiful little boy and his cries echoed around the walls around me. Tears instantly filled my eyes as I kissed Zayn's head.

"You did it Zi" I chocked out, Zayn smiled softly.

"I'm not doing it again" He said with a light chuckle, I laughed.

"Niall would you like to cut the cord?" The nurse asked, I slowly nodded my head before making my way over to the baby. I did exactly as the doctor said and cut the cord in half, Once it was removed the baby was wrapped up and handed to me. I could feel tears sliding down my face. 

"Hello you, I'm your daddy and I'm gonna love you very much" I said cheerfully, The baby looked at me with sparkling eyes, I then made my way over to Zayn's bed. "He's perfect Zi, Absolutely perfect" I chocked out, Zayn smiled as he ran his thumb over the babys head.

"Yeah he is, Greatest gift in the world".
