Tumblr prompt- oneshot based on OTH ziall are in a relationship but niall is run over and ends up in hospital liam,louis,harry tell zayn about the crash and zayn rushes to the hospital and breaks down when he gets there, zayn then talks to niall while hes unconcious and niall finally wakes up, thankyou!!!!!!!

Zayn's Pov:

Being inlove is an amazing feeling, Having someone to love, Someone to give everything to, Knowing there's someone out there who loves you it brings a smile to your face everytime you think about it. Niall and I have a special relationship, A relationship that you can't explain, I could sit here and tell you how amazing he is, How special he makes me feel, How much I love him, But honestly no words can justify how special he is, There are no words to describe him. The only words I can use are one in a million, Anybody would be lucky to have someone like Niall, But I'm one of the lucky few who can stand up and proudly say I have someone as amazing as him, And I'll never let him go. I hummed a simple happy tune as I made my way around my room, Niall was spending the night here, We were gonna stay up late, Watch movies, Get a takeaway, Have a little cuddle and kiss, Just spend time together, I smiled as I lit up a scented candle. I then checked my phone only to find that the battery was dead, I sighed before making my way over to the sidetable where my plug socket was, I had just leaned down and picked up the charger when the doorbell began to ring, Niall was here! I quickly ran down the stairs, Someone was calling me through the letterbox but it wasn't Niall. I opened the door to find Liam, Louis and Harry stood there.

"Zayn where the hell have you been?! Why aren't you answering your phone!" Louis stated, I raised an eyebrow.

"The batteries dead, Why what's going on?" I questioned.

"You need to come with us now!" Harry exclaimed as he grabbed hold of my hand, He began pulling at my arm.

"What? Why? Guys?!" I said confusing filling my eyes. "What is going on?" I asked, All the lads looked at eachother before looking at me.

"Zayn it's Niall, He's been in an accident"

It was as if my whole world had been turned upside down, Everything was moving in slow motion, My heart was pounding inside my chest, Niall was hit, He was run over, What if dies? What if he's already died? Tears were pouring from my face. The drive to the hospital was agonizing, All I could picture was Niall's motionless body on the floor, Covered in blood. The second we arrived I jumped out the car before it had even parked and rushed inside the hospital, I began screaming Niall's name people looked at me as though I was mad, But I didn't care, I needed to see Niall, I needed to know he was ok.

"Zayn! Zayn calm down!" Liam pleaded as he grabbed hold of my arm.

"I need to find him Liam! I need to know he's ok! I need to see him! Where is he? Where is he Liam?!" I yelled, Liam froze for a moment before guiding me to the room where Niall was, I followed quickly after him. We walked down corridors, Went through door after doors, Passed room after room, My heart was still pounding, When we stopped infront of a door I felt like I couldn't breathe.

"He's in there" Liam replied, I looked up at the door and took a deep breath, I then turned around.

"Li, I'm sorry" I said, Liam smiled before placing his hand on my shoulder.

"Don't worry about it Zayn" He replied. "I'll get you something to drink alright? The doctors said he can hear you so just talk to him" Liam said.

"What do I say?" I asked, Liam sighed.

"Anything you want, Just as long as he hears your voice" Liam stated, I nodded my head before taking another deep breath, I then opened the hospital room door and walked inside, Laid out in the bed attached to machines was Niall, My Niall. I chocked out a sob as I looked at him, He had a broken leg, Maybe even more broken body parts, Tears fell from my eyes as I walked towards the bed slowly, The machine was beeping every now and then letting us know he was still here, I sat down beside him before taking his hand in mine.

"What've you done eh? Can't leave you alone for more then five minutes" I said. "Your not meant to be in here Ni, Were meant to be at mine watching a film and having a cuddle, Your not meant to be here, Fighting for you life" More tears fell from my eyes. "You need to wake up for me Ni, You can't do this to me, You can't leave me. We've got so much planned you and me, Remember? Were gonna live our dream together, Were gonna buy a nice big house, Were gonna get a dog, Were gonna live together and get married, We've got our whole life ahead of us, You gotta come back to me Ni, You can't leave me here alone" I gripped Niall's hand tightly.

It felt like days even weeks had passed, Niall still wasn't waking up, I spent every second at the hospital, I spoke to him, I held his hand, I begged him to wake up but nothing worked. My heart was slowly shattering, Seeing him laying there lifeless, I missed the sound of his voice, I missed his joyful laugh that could bring a smile to my face even in the darkest of times. 

"Zayn, Mate have you been here all night?" Liam asked as he walked into the hospital room, I slowly looked up before nodding my head. Liam sighed. "How is he?" He questioned before sitting down.

"No change" I whispered.

"He'll be alright Zayn you know he will" Liam said, I shook my head.

"No I don't, He won't wake up Li, Nothing I do wakes him up, I've spoke to him, I've sang to him, I've played him his favorite music, I've begged him to wake up Li but he won't, Why won't he wake up!" I cried out, Liam was by my side seconds later.

"Zi calm down! Niall he'll wake up, He wouldn't want you crying like this would he? Come on stop crying what you think he'll say about it?" Liam asked gently trying to sooth me, I looked up at him with tear filled eyes.

"I'm scared Li, I'm scared he's gonna die, What am I gonna do if he dies?" I chocked out, Liam shook his head.

"Don't think like that, You understand me? Niall's strong, He's gonna wake up Zayn, Now stop being a prat, Wipe your eyes, Take his hand and talk to him" Liam stated.

"And what if it dosen't work?" I questioned.

"Then you keep trying until it does" Harry's voice echoed in the room, I looked over to the door.

"If you stop talking to him then your just giving up on him" Louis added, I sighed.

"It's easy for all you guys to say that, But it's not the person you love in this bed" I chocked.

"If you love him then why are you giving up on him already?"

The boys words were echoing through my head, I looked down at Niall, This is killing me, Not being able to hold him, Kiss him, Hear his voice, Hear his laugh, See him smiling. I just want him to open his eyes, I wanna hear from his mouth that he'll be ok, Not other peoples. I took a deep breath before taking hold of Niall's hand once again, I then gently kissed his palm.

"It's about time you woke up sleeping beauty, It's about time you opened your big beautiful eyes, Come on Ni open them for me. Your kind of scaring me now, I'm scared I'm gonna lose you and I can't lose you Ni, Niall when you wake up your bones they'll heal, The cuts and bruises they'll fade away, But Ni if you don't wake up my heart it won't mend, And it won't get better, I'll be lost and I won't know what to do without you, I don't wanna know what's it's like not to have you in this world, Please Niall, Please don't let me find out, Just, Just open your eyes, Move a body part, Blink, Just do something, Just let me know your still here, Please Ni" I chocked out, A few minutes passed before I felt movement, Niall's head slowly moved and my eyes widened, After a few seconds his eyes began to slowly open.

"Z-Z-A-"

"Shh don't try and talk" I whispered as I pushed his hair back, Niall inhaled deeply. "Are you in any pain? Do you need a doctor?" I questioned, Niall slowly shook his head.

"No" He whispered, More tears were falling from my eyes, I dropped my head down onto the bed as I gently kissed Niall's arm.

"I though, I thought I'd lost you" I cried out, Moments later I felt Niall's hand gently stroking the back of my head, I looked up.

"I'd never leave you" Niall mumbled.

"Forever?" I questioned.

"Forever and always"
