Chapter 5

"It's hard to resist a bad boy who's a good man"

"An Ice cream parlor?" I asked looking at kai in amusement.

"Um yes," he said confuse. I started to laugh like a madwoman but stopped when I saw him looking at me.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"You look very beautiful when you laugh" he confessed which had me shocked so I just looked at him blinking my eyes.

"Um I mean most girls like to eat ice cream when they are sad or upset so i um thought this would be great" he shuffle his hair making it even messier.

"As I said before kai I'm not most girls"

"So you don't want ice cream?"

"Hey, I never said that, once it's something to eat I'll follow," I said getting out the car but instantly regret it.

Who tells guys this stuff oh wait I DO. He chuckled and then got out of the car also. We walked into the parlor side by side and it wasn't quite full, only had a woman with 2 kids, and some teenage kids at a table.

The parlor isn't really popular but i used to come a lot with mom and dad when i was little.

"Hello goodnight, what would you like to order?" A pretty brunette asked when we got to the cashier.

"I'll have a bowl of Mint Chocolate Chip, Mocha Almond Fudge thank you," he said to her then turn to me "what would you have?"

"Um the fudge chocolate and marshmallow flavor," I told him while taking my purse out.

"Um thank you, the toppings are over there, have a great night" I looked up and kai had our ice creams in his hands.

"Um did you pay for mine also?"

"Yea"

"Well here" I hold out a $10 dollar bill to him but he pushed my hands away.

"You don't have too it's my treat and please don't protest it's not a big deal" I kept opening my mouth and closing it holding back my protest eventually I just went and got my toppings and we heading to a table at the far end away from the other people in the parlor.

"So why did you get so upset about what she said?" kai asked curiously but I can't trust him so I can't tell him. Yes I know I got in a car with him when he was a total stranger but I don't know him so why should I open up my life to him.

"Um or you can tell me about yourself, get to know each other," he said again probably noticing I wasn't going to tell him anything about Joey and I.

But I raise my eyebrows now.

"What do you want to know and why" ha and I wonder why I don't have friends.

"Everything and because I want to get to know you " he had a genius smile on his face and I couldn't help but stare but then I quickly look away. Why am I always staring at him?

"I'm not that interesting" I was looking at my ice cream now. I didn't know what to tell him actually I'm quite boring.

"Fine let's play a game, a guessing game actually"

"Hmm continue"

"Well we each will ask questions about each other but list 3 answer along with the question and we'll have to guess which one is right"

"Hmm, interesting let's play" I put a spoon of ice cream in my mouth.

"I'm not over yet Ally, if the answer is wrong the person that asks the question get a dare for the other person" he was grinding now.
