"What are you saying Alexis?" I asked

"I love you, but I can't be with you." She said

"Can't be with me?"

"I'm sorry Chris, it's just things are getting complicated." She walked away with her things.

"Alexis don't go!" I started to run after her but stopped when I seen her hop in some nigga's car. What the fuck?

"I'm sorry Chris." Was all that repeated in my head. Sorry? You sorry for what? You a fuck up Chris. A fuck up. Always being hard headed. Listen for once.

Since Lex left, had to find a way to make something to eat. I got tired of noodles and pb&j so I decided that I'd just go get take out. I decided on In-N-Out. Sitting at the table eating Sevyn ran up to me.

"Chris!" She sat down. "I came to check up on you."

"I thought you had T?"

"He's at my mom's."

"You off for the rest of the day?" I asked

"Yeah. I didn't want you to be alone." She said stealing one of my fries. That's when things started feelimg strange, and the love of my life walked in with a nigga.

"Stooooop." She laughed, "You know I'm ticklish." She said hitting him. She looked at me and just kept laughing. Like she didn't know me or something. Like she ain't the mother of my two kids. "Baby, can you order my food for me while I go to the bathroom?"

"Yeah." He said before kissing her. I felt knots in my stomach from this sight, but something wasn't letting me get up. Nobody holding me or anything. The amount of anger I have is undescribable. After Lex disappeared to the bathroom finally something let me get up and go to the bathroom. Walking towards the bathroom I stopped as she looked at me.

"Do I know you?" She asked me

"Really Lex? You know who I am. Quit playing."

"I really don't know who you are and how do you know my name?"

"We're engaged."

"That is a lie. My fiancé is out there." She said looking lost.

"We have two kids with eachother." I said pulling out my phone trying to.find a pic of us four but there was no luck.

"I'm sorry. I don't know you." She said looking down and walking away. How the fuck she not gon remember me? Our life? The fact that we have two kids and that we're engaged. How do you forget somebody you planned to spend the rest of your life with. Filled with anger, I walked away from the bathroom area towards her.

"Wassup cuhz?" Dude next to Lex said. I looked at him before turning to Lex and smashing my lips with hers. I was shoved away from her and held at gun point by ol dude.

"Putting your filthy ass mouth on my woman." He said cocking the gun back aiming at my temple. My life flashed.

I jumped out my sleep sweating likr crazy. Heart beating fast and all, I thought about that dream. I really felt like I lost Lex again. I gotta go talk to her.

Alexis

I couldn't sleep. I was up thinking about Chris. He's been doing the most lately. I hope while he's home alone he is doing some thinking. I grabbed my phone and looked through my pictures, going back to the time when we first were together. It was a picture of us kissing in the park under the tree. Michael took the pic for us.

*FLASHBACK*

"You always tryna turn down my game." Chris laughed holding my hand.

"What game?" I laughed at his face expression after saying that.

"I see you got jokes." He laughed

"Maybe." I blushed.

"You should smile more often. Your smile can make anybody's day."

"Oh really?" I smiled.

"Yeah. That smile is taking my breath away." He said.

"You're lame for that." I laughed

"Only for you." He scratched his head and laughed lightly.

"Somebody's blushing." I bumped him with my shoulder.

"I ain't blushing." He said in defense.

"Yeah you blushing alright." Michael walked up laughing. "Hey Lex." He hugged me.

"Hey Michael." I playfully punched him.

"What ya'll doing?" He asked.

"Walking around in the park clearly." Chris mugged him.

"Michael, can you take a picture of me and Chris please?" I said trying to change the subject.

"Sure." He said taking my phone.

"What pose you tryna do?" Chris asked.

"Kiss me." I simply said.

"Ya'll muthafuckas." Michael said as I heard him snap a few pictures. Chris pulled away and flipped Michael the bird.

"That's what Lex's for." He chuckled as I slapped him in the back of the neck. "Damn Lex."

"Shut up." I laughed as he grabbed his neck.

"Man last time I kick it with ya'll." He mumbled before walking off.
