We just landed back in LA and we're on our way to my mom's to pick up the kids and finish off this paperwork about Christian.

"Daddy! Daddy!" CiAira screamed when I walked through the door.

"Hey baby girl." I smiled picking her up.

"Hey son." Mama came up to me and kissed my cheek before going over to Lex. "How was the honey moon?" She asked.

"It was great." Lex said smiling.

"Mama, where my son at?" I asked.

"He's Sleeping." She said before continuing her conversation with Lex. I went upstairs and in to the room he was in and he was just waking up, with his little fro all over the place.

"Hey little man." I picked him up as he smiled. "Let's go see your momma." I said as we headed back downstairs.

"Mama!" Caden screamed.

"Mommy's little man." Lex said as I handed him off to her to answer my phone.

"Word on the street is you back in town?" Dion said through the phone.

"Yeah. Just got back about 30 minutes ago." I said.

"Well nigga, come turn up before you leave."

"Naw bruh. Heading home after I take care of some things."

"Damn? Like that?"

"Y'all niggas should come visit us." I said.

"Now you know I gotta stay here to help out your business."

"Running mate deserves some time off tho."

"Yeah yeah."

"Ayyee, I'ma call you back." I said as an incoming call came in. "Hello?" I answered.

"Christopher." Vanessa said.

"What do you want?"

"I just wanted to let you know you will not be seeing your son."

"Why is that?"

"Because if you step less than 100 ft of me or them you will be arrested."

"You filed a restraining order on me? You fucking bitch!" I shouted.

"Call me whatever. I really don't care, better listen too. You already have records on you." She said before hanging up.

"Shit!" I threw my phone.

"Christopher, I'ma need you to stop this cussing." My mama said.

"I apologize mama." I said putting my head down.

"What's wrong son? Your phone is shattered and you look like somebody just died." She asked me.

"Vanessa filed a restraining order on me. I can't fight for custody of Christian anymore."

"What? Why would she do that?" Mama asked as Lex walked into the room.

"I don't know, but I don't see why she is doing this."

"Just calm down son. We'll get to the bottom of this."

"I mean, I don't see why she acting this way. She knows my house is more stable for him. We talked about this already."

"Calm down baby." I heard Lex say as she rubbed small circles on my back trying to relax me.

"Well looks like we're here for a few days." I sighed walking away to my old room.

"So what did Vanessa do?" I asked.

"Filed a restraining order on Chris." Mama J said. I about had it with her, she always seems to find a way to put Chris in a difficult situation. He would've been better off not messing with her but we all know what happened.

"I should go be with him." I said.

"Just give him time to process everything Lex." Mama said.

Me and Chris were both laying down in bed. I was well on my way of falling to sleep, but couldn't because of Chris.

"Bae? You think I'm a good father?" He asked as I looked at him through the dark like he could see me.

"Chris, there's no need to feel bad about this situation. You're an amazing father to your kids and there isn't anyone who could tell you different."

"I just don't see why she's doing this." He sighed.

"I don't either, but stick it through baby. You got me and your mom supporting you. Don't ever feel like you're alone, because you're not." I said.

"Since when you become so good with words?" He asked. I know he was smirking and exactly how and it made me smile.

"I don't know." I shrugged.

"Come here. Need to feel you when I sleep." He said as I scooted closer and threw my leg over his.
