"Sure man." I said as my phone began to vibrate. Probably Lex sending me a text. Her way of communicating without talking.

I'll be picking up Christain today. He has a check up @ 4.

"Come on man. We gonna go somewhere." I picked him up, "I'll be back." I said walking out the house.

"Yeah, thanks to you, my life is over." I said turning and walking away. Driving home, I felt the need for silence. Too much on my mind, and alot of things I can lose. I feel like I'm walking on a thin rope. The woman I love is pissed off at me and I'm stuck to the guest room.

"Yo Chris?" Mike said once I answered

"What up?"

"Come down to the studio. Got some new shit I want you to hear, plus I got some shit."

"Aight man." I hung up. When I got to the studio, it was hella smoke and Mike was up in the booth laying down a verse.

"What up Big C?" Quan, the producer, said

"Shit. Just rolled through." I said walking by

"Got some loud and swishers on the table." He said

"Aight." I said sitting down and rolling up. By the time Mike finished his song, I was already on my 4th blunt.

"Hey Quan." Said some female

"Ayyee, girl. What you doing here?"

"Ty told me to come by and listen."

"Oh aight. Grab a seat." He said

"Who are you?" She asked looking at me

"That's Chris. This his studio."

"Oh. I'm Sevyn."

"What up?" I hit the blunt, "Yo Quan, where the fuck is the drinks?"

"They in the back." He said

"So, why don't you come around often?" She asked me

"I got a lot of shit to handle." I said pouring my drink

"I'm sure whatever you're going through will get better." She said as I felt her walk from behind me
