"Chris, no. I love you but I'm not gonna disrespect what you and her have." She said. Her words were spinning around and echoing.

"Chris? Chris, come on."

"Where? Naw, I'm good here."

"Come on Chris." Was all I heard before everything went black......

Here we are helping Chris out. This nigga must have blowed his money on whatever last night, cause he fucked up. Whatever the hell him and Lex are going through needs to be behind them. Both of they asses be doing shit they later regret. It's tiring and old.

"Help me get his drunk ass in the car." Dion said

"And take him where?" I looked at him

"Where else? His house."

"Not like this we ain't."

"We've been doing too much, it's.time for him to dance to his own music. Him and Lex need to work they shit out." Dion said

"Look, nothing happened. As much as I want Chris, I ain't do nothing." Vanessa said

"Why?"

"Cause I know what it's like to be cheated on and used. Here, his banana looking ass, stumbles over to my house drunk and expecting to fuck?" She paused, "He can go somewhere else for that." She said

"Aight V. I'ma believe you, but if you get Prego and talking about it's Chris, I'ma beat your ass." I said

Alexis

I sat down watching Ci Ci play with her toys. She doesn't know what her mother and father are going through and I don't want to. I should have just turned away when I had the chance that 3 years ago. I don't regret my childrens, but things would have been more easier. Ci Ci then got up and walked up to me. She started playing with my belly saying there was a baby in there. I don't know how she found out but she knows now.

"Okay, time for a bath." I picked her up

After I washed her up, I got her ready for bed. Then I got in the shower and got ready for bed. I talked on the phone for a while with Key.

"I miss him." I said

"Girl, do I have to hear this again?" She laughed causing me to smack my lips, "Girl, call him."

"His phone is disconnected."

"Damn. I'm sure Dion talked some sense into him. He's been gone all day."

"Hopefully, I want him to come back home. I'm tired of all of this." I sighed

"Girl, don't even trip out on him. He knows where home is and you know that you are all that man can think about. No ands, ifs, or buts about it. Chris is seriously in love with you." Key said

"I'm pushing away. That's why he left."

"You two have been through alot Lexis and you know he's not leaving. I hate to cut our hour convo short but I gotta go." Key said

"Aight, bye." I said as I laid down

It was later in the night, I don't know exactly what time it was, but it was late. I felt the bed shift, followed by his hands around my body. I turned over to see Chris in the flesh laying by me. He had so much emotion in his eyes as I began to cry. I missed him. The way he smiles at me every morning. His scent, the way he holds me at night. I touched his face to make sure it wasn't me dreaming as I then burried my face into his chest. He just rubbed my back and let me cry.

"Stop crying." He finally said

"I miss you." I said

"I miss you too. We'll talk in the morning. Get some sleep." He said as he tightened his grip around me. I tried to go to sleep, but I couldn't. I was too busy watching Chris sleep, not even afraid of the talk we were to have whenever he wakes up. I was just glad to be in his arms again. Safe from harm and anything else in the world.......

I felt little hands on my body, crawling on me and then grabbing my face.

"Dada, wake up.!!" Ci Ci shouted

"Daddy's up." I said

"I miss you Dada." She said hugging me by my neck

"Daddy misses you too baby girl. Where's Mommy?" I asked as I looked at the empty side of the bed. She just pointed and Lex walked in with breakfast. I watched as she put Ci Ci on the floor and turned on cartoons for her.

"Ready for that talk?" She asked me as I nodded

"Look, for now on, no more holding this baby momma shit on me. We established that I fucked up. We don't need anymore reminders of it. I just want to be with you and my daughter and live this life. Do you see how much I put up with with you? You don't even realize it because you so caught up on my actions. You either done with it or you not. I don't wanna hear another thing about me fucking up in the past again." I said "Capiche?"

"Yes."

"And another thing, eliminate this stress now. We lost one baby, I don't wanna lose this one." I said as I smiled.

"I'm sorry baby. I just get scared that I'm gonna lose you."

"Bae, I'm standing right here." I said as she stood on her tippy toes to peck my lips

"Let's go check on this little girl." She said

"She cool. She knows that Daddy wants Mommy time to just chill with my fine ass fiancè."
