29. Pocky

"Hey, Noctis~ Do you know what day it is today?" You playfully asked as you leaned over to Noctis's back, wrapping your arm around his neck.

"Hm? Umm... is it someone's birthday?" Noctis asked as he took a sip out of his ebony coffee.

"Ehh? You really don't know?" You gasped.

"Just tell me," Noctis frowned as he had enough of using his brains too much.

"Hmph! It's Pocky Day!" You pouted.

"Oh, thank the goddess of Etro. I thought I forgot something really important," he sighed.

"It might not be important but you should still remember it! Your no fun Noct!" You whined.

"What? Did you want to do the pocky kiss or something?" Noctis smirked as he brushed through his hair with his fingers.

"W-well... I-I did! But I don't want to now!" You yelled and marched away from Noctis and onto the couch. You opened your packet of pocky and started to munch away at it at a fast speed releasing all the anger in you.

"Aw~ are you mad?" Noctis teased but you ignored him increasing your chews.

"Oi, slow down you're eating it way to fast. You need to leave one for out pocky kiss right?" Noctis smirked.

"Well too bad, I don't want to do it anymore!" You blushed.

"But I want to. Come on, let's do it," Noctis spoke in a order-like tone. He gently raised your chin with his slender fingers making you stare straight into his eyes. He slowly munch away at the other end of the pocky getting closer to your face. Slowly by slowly you could feel his breath against your skin and his warmth creep slowly into you.

Then when you both were close enough, without hesitation Noctis jumped in for the kiss. With the cookie crumbles colliding between your tongues, you could effectively melt the chocolate more quickly. Until there was nothing more to melt you both slowly broke apart for air.

"You have crumbs all over your lips," Noctis chuckled as he wiped off some crumbs from the side of your lips.

"T-thanks..." You stuttered, the pocky kiss was even better than you expected. It was much sweeter, your guessing it was because of the pocky but you wanted more.. it was addicting.

"Let's do it again," Noctis smiled as he slipped one of the pocky sticks into his mouth. As if Noctis had read your mind without a second thought, you leaped in munching away at the other end wanting to get to the end quickly. You both enjoyed a couple more pocky kisses until you ran out of it.

"Aww man, it's already gone?" You sighed disappointed.

"That's because you ate them all at the beginning," Noctis flicked your forehead lightly.

"Hmph! Who's fault do you think that was?" You poured but then Noctis slowly stood up from the coach.

"Yea yea, I'll be back," Noctis waved as he left the his bedroom, leaving you alone. You tilted your head confused as to where he was going but you were unable to figure it out. You sighed as you leaned your back against the couch. You waited patiently for his arrival and after a few minutes he came back with a plastic bag.

"What did you get?" You asked in curiosity.

"Here, an apology gift. You better be hungry," Noctis smirked and you looked inside to see several boxes of pocky.

"I'm starving," you smirked and quickly started the first packet.
