You and Noctis were in the living room, cuddling each other on the sofa while watching Christmas movies. Prompto and Gladio were playing King's Knight on their phones, having a good time. Ignis was in the kitchen preparing hot cocoa for everyone.
Noctis wrapped his arms around you closely to him as he gives you lovable kisses to your cheek. You giggled from his loving affection towards you. It was too cute for you to handle.
You stare deep into his eyes as you pecked his lips. He smiled and leaned forward to kiss your lips again with passion. Your fingers were locked on his hair as you pulled him closely, deepening the kiss.
"Hot cocoa is here," Ignis said holding the tray with mugs for everyone. You and Noctis immediately let go feeling a bit embarrassed as you two got carried away from the make out. You two sat up as Ignis passed around the mugs to everyone.
"Thanks.." you smiled and drank the cocoa. "Yummy!" You cheered feeling the delicious taste of the chocolate flavour in your tongue. You didn't realize that you have the skittle bit of the cream on your lips.
Noctis noticed and smirked as he got an idea. He put his cup down on the coffee table and slide over to you. He took your cup away from you and put it on the table as well.
"Hey I was drinking tha-" you were cut off as you felt his tongue on your lips. You blushed red like a tomato as his tongue was licking off the cream on your lips.
"You got a bit of the cream on your lips," he smirked and you punched his shoulder playfully. You couldn't help but feel your face heated up from what he just did but you liked it a lot.
"Guys come on it's almost midnight!!" Prompto yelled out of excitement. You and Noctis got out of the sofa and went to the Christmas tree. Regis was already there as he saw you two coming.
"Hello (Y/N) are you excited for opening your gifts that my son has gotten you?" He smiled nudging his son on the arm. Noctis cleared his threat having a tint of red on his cheek.
"I am.." you replied with a smile l, looking at Noctis getting all flustered.
The clocked was about to count down. You and Noctis stand together while you hold his arms. Prompto has his camera out while Gladio was getting the mistletoe. Knowing those two, they probably made a little plan for you and Noctis. Gladio tied the mistletoe in the chandelier.
"Hehe.." he chuckled and pushed you two to it. You were confused on why he is pushing you two.
"Um...what are you doing?" You asked.
"Ok just stay here. Prompto!" He called and the blond hair camera boy came.
You and Noctis raised an eyebrow feeling very confused. Prompto was already setting up the camera when you noticed the mistletoe is on top of you and Noctis. You blushed knowing what this means for the both of you.
"Come on you two kiss! I want to take a shot of it!!" He said forcing us to do it.
"Prompto you can just forc-" you were once again cut off as Noctis smashed his laps onto yours. Prompto laughed and snap multiple pictures of us. You felt his tongue enter your mouth as he deepens the kiss.
"Perfect shot!" Prompto cheered still snapping his cameras. Soon or later you and Noctis pulled away for air. You catch your breath as your face was hot from the little make out.
"How was that?" He whispered to your ear.
"It...was good..." you said still blushing. He smirked and kissed your cheek. You two returned to the Christmas tree when the grandfather clock strike at midnight. As fireworks were appearing on the sky with beautiful Christmas colours.
"Merry Christmas everyone!" King Regis said as everyone said it back to each other and exchange hugs. One by one everyone was giving out presents.
Happy and joy was on their faces, you were surprised that the king actually got you a gift as well. You felt bad cause you didn't expect to buy him a gift.
"(Y/N) don't worry. You making my son happy is the best gift I could ever have," he said as he gave you a warm hug. At first you were nervous to hug the king but it's something you have to get use to it now.
Soon all the wrapping paper were still on the floor and everyone was falling asleep. You and Noctis stayed up a bit longer, looking at the fire on the chimney. He sat beside behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist as his chin was rested on your shoulder. He suddenly pulled a small box from his pockets.
"This is for you.." he said as he gave it to you.
Your eyes widened as you smiled, "hmm I wonder what it is?" You started to untie the ribbon and opened the box. Inside was two promise rings and it has a quote inside of the box.

You repeated the quote as your eyes became watery. You hugged him tightly as tears streamed down your cheeks. He chuckled as he hugs you back and wiped your tears away. He grabbed the ring that looks like a tiara and placed it on your ring finger on the left hand. He grabs his and also place it on his ring finger, you smiled happily as you touched his cheeks.
"I love you you so much, thank you for being with me," you said as you leaned forward and kiss him slowly on his lips.
"No thank you for being with me and accept who I am," he said as he was getting tearing up. You giggled and hugged him tightly.
"Merry Christmas," he said pecking your forehead.
"Merry Christmas Noct," you replied as the both of you drifted off to sleep, holding each others hands that has the promise ring.
