28. Brother's Acceptance

"Ehhhh!!!!" That's all what your brother said, "Isn't that illegal to date a royal person?!" You mentally face palmed yourself as you knew things wouldn't go smoothly. Out of your whole family, even though your brother is younger than you by one year, he is surprisingly the most over-protective person you knew and he was currently glaring daggers at Noctis.

"Hey! Don't glare, otouto," You scolded at him.

"Oh sorry, I'm just trying to see if this is some kind of dream or a joke....is this a joke right?" He asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"No this is not a joke or a dream, the prince of lucis is my boyfriend!" You yelled trying to make him understand.

"But howwww!!! He's a prince and your a girl!" He yelled back moving his arms everywhere still not getting it.

Your eyes twitches at his sudden saying, "....and what's that suppose to mean!"

"Well... aren't princes suppose to go and find a princess so they save them from their step mothers or something??" He stated and you were in utterly dumbfounded right now. Obliviously he's been watching your fairy tale movies that involves princesses and princes.

"No! That's not true, mom and dad kne---" you were interrupted as your mom called you. She needed help with dinner. Why does she keep interrupting at the most important times?!

"Ok I'm going to go and prepare dinner so otouto...behave," you begged and gave him a death glare causing your younger brother shivered.

"Don't worry sis everything is gonna be fine," your brother grinned but you sensed something was not going to turn out great. You sighed as you nodded and left the room.

Noctis's POV

As soon (Y/N) disappeared from our sight, from the corner of my eyes there was an object being thrown at my direction. It was a pillow from the couch and I caught without hesitation. (Y/N)'s brother was shocked to see what I did.

He squinted his eyes and gave me a death glare I only chuckled, 'Huh, I guess he got those glares from his big sister.'

"I won't let you to take my big sister!" He hissed as his glare became much colder.

"What will I have to do to get your permission then?" I asked as I crossed my arms and stood in front of him, looking down at him.

He looked taken back, "No matter what you do, I won't accept you," he growled, as he also crossed his arms and stared into my blue eyes, acting tough. I sighed as it felt like I was at the last stage fighting the final boss.

"Even without your acceptance, your parents already accept me so either way I will have (Y/N)," I replied slightly smirking, if he was going to be rude then so will I.

"Huh?! They accept you?! How--- why!!!??" He gasped but then he heard (Y/N) coming back, so he quickly stepped back away and suddenly put his hand on my shoulder, being innocent.

"Hey dinners ready," (Y/N) peeked her head and noticed how close her brother was to me.

"I see you two are getting along~" she raised her eyebrows and crossed her arms. Smiling in response, her brother gripped my shoulder and pulled me a bit closer.

"Just getting to know my favourite big sister's boyfriend~" he grinned.

Third person POV

As the the three of you went into the, your brother had let go of Noctis but still kept a close eye on him. He didn't want anything to happen to you, and he most certainly didn't trust Noctis.

"Guess what," Your brother suddenly smirked, facing Noctis. He was obviously planning something.

"...what?" Noctis asked getting a bit curious.

"I was (Y/N)'s first Kiss!" Your brother declared and it was a huge shock to you.

"Otouto!!! You were a toddler! Wait I don't even remember!" You said as you smack his head and he rubbed his head. But you noticed that Noctis was smirking.

"It seems as though (Y/N) only remembers my kiss but not yours," Noctis smirked.

"Uh!? Noct? What are you saying?!" You stuttered but then a loud shout startled the both of you.

"WHAT!? YOU GUYS EVEN KISSED!!??" Your brother yelled in disbelief.

"Oh we haven't just kissed little man..." he smirked and entered the dining room where your parents are waiting. You entered with a reddened face. You brother entered as well having smoke coming out from his ears and also had a reddened face.

"Oh my, do you two have a fever? You look red?" Your mother ask and you and your brother immediately shake your head as Noctis just smirked and wrapped an arm around your waist pulling you closer to him.

"Don't worry, I'll make it up to you," he whispered huskily in your ear as you felt your heart is gonna explode.
