49. A Dream Come True

You and Noctis walked down the beach in Galdin Quay. It was night time and it's a beautiful sight with the lights on around the place. You both sat down on the sand as you stared to the horizon of the ocean. Noctis was behind you, holding you close to him. You couldn't help but feel so warm when you're with him.

You two stayed silent but Noctis soon broke the silence, "(Y/N)?"

"Hm?" You answer softly as you turned to face him.

Noctis heart was beating fast and you knew that he is nervous for some reason. You cupped his cheeks and slowly kissed him on the lips. He kissed you back but he soon broke the kiss as he stared deeply to your eyes.

"What's wrong?" You asked, tilting your head a bit.

He took a deep breath while he stands up with you. His heart was beating even faster as his palms were getting sweaty. You were getting a bit worry from his actions right now and was curious on what he is going to say.

"(Y/N) I love you, you know that right?" He said holding your hands close to his chest. Now you were nervous even more on what he is going to say.

"Yes I do I love very much," you answered feeling your heartbeat pounding rapidly. He smiled from your answer as he brought your knuckles to his lips as he softly kissed them.

"I'm glad that I found a woman like yourself to love me for who I am," he said as he let go of your hands and pulled out something from his pockets. He kneeled down and your eyes widened as you were speechless.

He swallowed hard as he opened the box, revealing a beautiful ring inside, "(Y/N) (L/N), will you marry me?"

You were stunned, speechless and in shock. You couldn't believe what just happened. Your legs were shaking as you were about fall. But you kept your balance when your eyes felt watery.

"Y-yes...yes...100% yes!" You cried happily as Noctis put the ring to your ring finger. He stood up immediately as you two deeply kissed with such passion.

You, Luna, Iris and your mother helped you to get ready in your wedding. Your mother helped you with the dress, Luna fixed up your hair and Iris did your make up. Once they all finish their task, Luna and Iris went back to the room where the wedding is being held.

You look yourself in the mirror as you felt happy. You dreamed of this moment to happened ever since you and Noctis got together. You never thought this day would come but it has and you are so happy right now.

"Are you ready, sweetheart?" Your mother asked. You nodded as you grabbed the bouquet from the table. Your mother smiled as she hugged you tightly.

"I'm so proud of you..." she said as she was about to cry. But luckily she didn't as you both started to head your way to the ceremony. Your father awaits you at the front door. Once you arrived, your dad looked at you with your wedding dress. He got tears in his eyes from seeing you like this.

"You look absolutely beautiful," he said trying so hard not to burst out tears. You giggled as you hugged him tightly.

"Thank you..." you said.

"Shall we?" He said as he let out an arm. You nodded as you grasp his sleeves and heard the music started.

Your mother opened the doors as friends, relatives, maids and butlers all stood up from the benches as they all stared at you in amazement. Noctis was at the front and he was speechless to see how beautiful you look. You and your father slowly walked down the aisle when your heart was starting to beat rapidly. Soon you made it to the front as your father kissed your cheek and let go of you to be with Noctis. You and Noctis smiled at each other when the priest started to talk.

As soon he finished saying the words, you and Noctis held hands as you were about to start the vows for each other.

"Prince Noctis, repeat after me," the priest said and Noctis swallowed nervously but as soon he looked at your (E/C) eyes he felt comfortable.

"I, Noctis Lucis Caelum, take you, (Y/N) (L/N), to be my wedded wife to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part, and hereto I pledge you my faithfulness." Noctis repeated but he meant every single word towards you. You held your tears for few longer until it was your turn to repeat the words.

"I, (Y/N) (L/N) take you Noctis Lucis Caelum to be my lawfully wedded husband. Before our loved ones and these witnesses, I promise to love you and care for you as long as we both shall live." You finished saying those words and you also meant everything single words to your new husband. Both of you put the rings as everyone in the audience were starting to cry of happiness.

"You may now kiss the bride," the priest told Noctis as the prince pulled you close to him and kissed you very passionately. You wrapped his neck and kissed him back. Everyone cheered for the new married couple. The girls screamed and cried while the men cheered for Noctis, mostly his is buddies.

You and Noctis soon let go and stared to each others eyes. You let out tears of happiness knowing that you are now married to the man you love so much. You felt so happy right now.

"I love you so much (Y/N) Lucis Caelum," he whispered and you smiled as he said your now new name.

"I love you too Noctis Lucis Caelum, so very much," you said with a smile and more tears came. Noctis wash the tears away with his thumb and leaned in to kiss you again. You and Noctis couldn't describe how happy you two are and now you're gonna spend everyday of your life with him.
