9. Sore Throat

This whole week wasn't the best week at all. It has been raining with thunder and coldness. What's worse is that you got yourself a sore throat. Not only did you have a sore throat but you also had a croaky voice and it sounded terrible. You planned on staying home until your throat could heal but unexpectedly, Noctis came in your house.

"Good morning," he said letting himself in, you smiled and nodded without saying anything. You were worried that if Noctis finds out about your croaky voice, he will laugh. Noctis looked at you weirdly but ignored and sat beside you on the couch.

"Do you want to go and see a movie?" Noctis asked and you shook your head. 

"(Y/N), why aren't you talking to me?" he frowned so you quickly ran over to your shelf and got a pen ad paper.

'I got a sore throat. I can't talk' you wrote.

"Aww how bad is it?" he asked worriedly.

'I have a weird voice and it kind of hurts to talk' you wrote and Noctis sighed in relief but also feel bad for you.

"At least talk a bit, I promise I won't laugh," Noctis smile and you immediately shook your head.

"C'mon I want to hear you voice," He said with a smirk and started to poke you where you are ticklish. You tried so hard to hold back your laugh but of course you failed.

"STOP IT!" you croaked and immediately covered your mouth when Noctis burst out of laughing. 

"It really is that bad!!" he laughed and you death glared him.

"Luckily I have a throat candy that Ignis gave me before I left," he smiled and handed one to you. You noticed that is was cherry flavor and you happily smiled.

"I should go and let you rest," Noctis said as he gets up but you grabbed his arm and pulled him back down.

"Stay here, I don't think the rain is gonna stop any time soon," you said and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Heyyy! That's not a kiss," he playfully pouted, you smiled and gave him a sweet long passionate kiss on the lips.

After you two finish the little make out, you two were getting sleepy and both of you find a comfortable spot on the couch to sleep. Noctis wrapped around you protectively as you fell asleep peacefully.

"I love you (Y/N)" he said as he kissed you on your cheek and sleep.
