Harry Potter- After the War [COMPLETED]

Chapter 32

"We are having a boy?" Harry said. Excitement showed in his green eyes as they lit up. Ginny nodded and smiled. They had just got home from the doctors and they hadn't really spoke about it. "So James Potter?" Harry asks.

"Yes... but what should his middle name be?" Ginny asks. Harry doesn't even have to think much about his answer. We you lose someone you care about then they have to be remembered some how.

"Sirius" Harry says.

"Perfect" Ginny says quietly. "James Sirius Potter"

At that moment kingsley's patronus appears in the room. "Harry I need to see you in my office right away" kingsley says. Harry looks at Ginny apologetically and he kisses her her goodbye and apparates to the ministry of magic. He makes his way to Kinglsey's office.

"You wanted to see me?" Harry asks. Kingsley nods and throws a bundle of paper on his desk.

"Yes, take that" Kingsley says as he points at the paper. Harry takes it and on the first piece of paper it says. 'Head Auror world tour meetings' Harry sighs as he stares at the bundle of paper. He has heard about this and it is known to be a 5 month long tour.

"I can't at the moment" Harry says. Kingsley laughs and shakes his head.

"You don't have a choice, you may be known here but around the world you are just another wizard with great achievements... no one will know your name" Kingsley mutters. "Anyway if you don't go I have no choice but to terminate you as head auror or any type of Auror"

"Fine" Harry mutters. "How long is the tour?"

"About six months, there are important things to discuss... we are talking about the safety of the world" kingsley says. Harry nods and sighs. He falls into a chair and reads the paper. The England meetings are in three months. "First stop is America of course" Kingsley says and of course Harry sees that. "You will be in each country for as long as a week depending where you are"

"I'm just trying to figure out what to tell Ginny... she's pregnant and I won't be there when she gives birth" Harry says with a sigh. Kingsley looks at him with sympathy but he can't do anything about it. All countries made an agreement many years ago that these head auror tours were needed to keep the world safe. They happened every five years. "When do I leave?"

"In two weeks"

Harry walks in and he chucks the paper booklet thing on the kitchen table in frustration. Ginny walks into the room confused. "What's wrong?" Ginny asks. Harry doesn't say anything, he points at the paper booklet. Ginny picks it up and reads it.

"I'll come with you" Ginny says. Harry shakes his head.

"No, you can't disapperate" Harry says sadly.

"How long is it for?" Ginny asks. Tears start to fall from Harry's eyes.

"Six months and you're already three and a half months pregnant, I'll miss the birth of our child" Harry says as he cries. Ginny hugs him.

"It's fine, you need to go" Ginny says, although she is upset with the situation she know that Harry isn't taking it easy either.

"I don't want to miss it" Harry says. He gets down on his knees and kisses Ginny's stomach. "I'm sorry James" Harry says as he rests his head on Ginny's stomach. Ginny pulls him up so he isn't on his knees and she hugs him.

"I'm sure you'll find a way" Ginny says looking him in the eyes. "When do you leave?"

"In two weeks" Harry says. Ginny nods and sits down at the table. "I'll be back here three months after the tour starts because that's England's stop"

"You'll see me then, see everything will be fine"

"Without you there? I think not... are we going to be able to last through this?" Harry asks.

"Of course we are" Ginny says with a smile. "I have loved you as long as I can remember, there is no way I'll ever give up on you Harry Potter"
