Falling like a snow storm....

Chapter 42- Fire cadets xmas party :D

So Monday, 9th December. The night of our xmas party, i was so looking forward to it. It was a shame that Lois wasn't going but still... i guess i had to live. It would be me, Georgie and the boys. Once i had arrived i walked into the kitchen; straight away i could tell Georgie had been crying. Not long after Cole and Theo arrived, so i opened the door for them. That's when Georgie walked outside. I was sat in the kitchen with Stuart (Cadet leader), Cole and Theo. It felt so awkward. I did think maybe i should go after Georgie but i thought that maybe it was time to give her some space.

Once Tony arrived Georgie came back inside and i nearly locked Tony out. I didn't. However it was a close call. Anyway, we all went into the kitchen and Sam arrived. Tony asked us all 'anyone know where callum is?' Georgie turned her head to face me. I didn't have a clue and to be perfectly honest i didn't care. We had to wait for the rainbows to finish in the cadet room before we could move from the kitchen. 

When they eventually moved, we moved from the kitchen to the cadet room. Got told to line up and awarded with our certificates for the money we raised for the poppy appeal. Starting with Theo, moving onto Cole. Stuart asked 'how do you think you have done?' Cole replied with 'Worse than Theo' He was right. 'How do you think you did?' I then said 'Worse than Cole'. I was also correct. I only raised £8.47. After me he moved onto Georgie 'what about you?' He asked. Georgie replied with 'Better than Jess' . Well that was obvious. In a matter of fact she did better than all of us raising above £47. Stuart then read out what Lois and Callum had got, as they wasn't here and Cole shouted 'What Callum beat me?'. Just incase he hadn't already realsied. Yes clearly. Then Theo says to him 'Ha, you got the least then cole'. As soon as that was mentioned he was quick enought to say 'no i didn't Jess did.' He wasn't wrong but still....

We started off cutting up Ghana pictures and me and Georgie sat there laughing at a lot of them. However by the end we wasn't (well we were but..) cutting up pictures to then finish them and then have to trim everyone elses down. Fun times. During all of this Theo was on snapchat and Sam gave him a funny look when he took a weird picture and so Theo shown us all the picture he took of himself. Made me laugh. 'Is that to your girlfriend?' Tony asks Theo. 'no'. 'Wanna be girlfriend then?'. Cole sat further back and nodded his head. Theo then had to say 'Yeah, i guess'. My heart died. 'Tell her you have fire cadet stuff to do.'  So Theo says 'No, i will tell her i have firefighter stuff to do. It sounds more impressive.' He doesn't need to do that to get a girls attention. Not my attention anyway.

As the night went on Tony asked 'who wants to play twister?' I exclaimed 'Not in a skirt..'  He then says to me 'I did say wear something sensible'. It was sensible!! Plus he hadn't actually text saying 'wear something sensible'. Anyway, in the end we ended up playing 'Irish Schnapp'. It was great fun, took me and Georgie a while to get the hang of the game. We got there in the end. At one poiqnt there was a snap. So i hit my head with my hand and then onto the table as we were supposed to. However Theo beat me to it. My hand hit onto his hand. Slapping his hand... ouch that must have hurt. Your actually supposed to keep your hand on top so that you can see who the last person was to have all the cards. But, i could feel the awkwardness as soon as my hand touched his. So, i quickly removed my hand and put it onto the table. After that the game didn't continue for much longer, we all got rather bored of it. Georgie went out of the room to sort out her cut on her hand.

Meanwhile, Theo starts dancing. With his arse pretty much in my face. Awkward. I awkwardly walk out to see Georgie. Then when i walked back into the room. I walked into Theo and Cole twerking. Attempting to twerk. 'I've not got the arse for it' Theo says to Cole. I couldn't help myself but laugh. Tony wasn't in such a great mood, or so it seemed. is he ever? 'Boys stop pratting about' He yelled at them. Ooohhh 'badmen' Not as bad as 'Bad Man Byron'. 

We had Buttons (well the boys ate all the buttons), Malteasers (Which everyone had but me and Georgie took to the corner to eat them). During the time the malteasers were in the corner with us Tony was looking for them and so when he found them Theo says 'ant th ony can i have a malteaser please?' But Tony replies 'only if you say my name correctly'. So Theo they says 'Ant Tony'. 'Thats now how you say it, say it properly'.  So Theo then gave up and said 'Anthony'. After each reply of Theos i giggled. He then smiled at me. Was the cutest thing ever. Its a shame i don't see that smile daily. 

At the end of the night- well close the the end. Me and Georgie began putting up Ghana pictures up in a collage style on the cadet notice bored. However, there was doubles of some so i asked Theo and Cole if they wanted them. 'No thanks, there crap.'  Which i have to agree with, non were clear photo's except for one. 'Anyone want this photo?' Cole and Theo turned round and Cole said 'Go on then, i'll have this one.' So me and Georgie carried on pinning up photos. It was fun. I had an amazing night.

Next Monday we are at the Trafford Centre for Laser Quest and Rock climbing. This shall be fun, lets see what next week brings.

I cant believe some stuff that happened at the xmas party. Lets hope i have just as much fun next week :) Pleased to know that Lois is feeling better now though :). Lois you didn't miss out on much. Besides we still have next week :D...
