--- Sang's Pov ----

We packed up the cars with supplies we would need on our trip. Olivia explained that it would take about a day's time to get where we need to go, and we were already starting later than she wanted to.

It was noon already, and every now and then, I heard her mumbling about 'stupid fucking boys' and their 'manipulating ways', whatever that meant.

All I could think of was the amount of fights this trip would invoke.

"I want to ride with Sang," one of the boys whined, either Nathan or Kota. Kota had been very shy with me ever since what happened before Luke fainted. Even now, he was bugging his waist as he looked at me innocently, a faint blush coating his cheeks when we made eye contact. This was a different boy than the one that arrived with me over a week ago. This one was shy, and not afraid to give up control.

"No, if anyone is going to ride with Sang, it's going to be us," North growled, gesturing to Silas and himself.

"Keep it up, and she'll be riding in our car," Olivia snapped, slamming her car door closed after plopping down in the driver's seat.

"I wouldn't mess with her right now," Asher frowned.

"We didn't do anything wrong, yet," Victor pointed out.

"You don't have to for her not to like you," Aiden grinned, "The fact that you're still breathing is enough to give her ammo."

"We don't deliberately hurt her, really," Kota stressed, frowning as he looked at the ground.

He was making my heart melt, as I walked over to him, cupping his face in front of everyone.

"You're too cute for your own good," I grinned. He leaned into my hand, soaking up my warmth and kissing my palm. It was a silent promise, it seemed. One that I didn't know the rules for.

"They're so pink, Niko. I wish you could see the colors," Gabriel sighed wistfully. He had one of his hands entangled with Luke's, while the other was wrapped tightly around Niko's arm.

"I see it just fine, Malyš. You can't miss it with those two," Nikolai grinned.

Luke looked content in his position beside Gabriel. He didn't look rejected, but he knew that if he was to have Gabriel, Nikolai came along with that.

I knew nothing would happen between Luke and I, nor would things happen between Gabriel and I right now. Both men needed to explore their feelings about each other before either of them could focus on me, and vice versa.

I was happy that the boys found happiness beyond just me. It would have been wrong to steal them away from their happiness.

"Can't we just leave the children home?" Sean inquired.

"This is how it's going too," I demanded, looking at the group in front of me. "Kota, Silas, and Victor will drive with me in Kota's car. North will drive Nathan, Sean, and Mr. Blackbourne in Sean's vehicle. Olivia will drive her own car, taking her men with her. Lastly, Nikolai will drive Luke and Gabriel."

I pointed at Nathan and North. "You are not to argue with Sean or Mr. Blackbourne. If I hear that you did, I will not talk to you, I will not look at you, and I certainly will not bite you for a week, at least."
