I took a long look at the hammer, the Asguardian symbols changing into words I could read. The words were moving to fast, I couldnt read them. I reached out and gently touched the handle with light fingertips.

"whoever holds of this hammer,  if thee deemed worthy shall possess the power of Thor" it said. I jumped back, I just read the hammer's mind.

I quickly flew over to Coulson

"hey, I'll be right back" I told him. he dismissed me with a wave of his hand.

I flew over to a near by tree and sat in it's tallest branch, I quickly called Loki's cell phone, voicemail.

"shit" I cursed to the phone. I put my phone back into my pocket and flew back over to the agents surrounding the hammer.

I dropped down next to the giant whole and immediately my phone rang.

I sighed and answered.

"Ace, what the hell is going on over there Thor's hammer is all over the news!" Fury shouted.

"yeah, we found Thor's hammer in the middle or the desert, Agent Coulson is putting tarps and tents up around it" I told him calmly.

"where's Thor?" he demanded.

"I don't know, we set up a perimeter around the hammer and he hasn't been seen"

"find him" he said then the call ended.

"ah hell" I whispered.

I decided it was a good idea to find food so I took to the air and found a cute little diner in a small city a few miles away from the crater sight.

I sat at the bar and ordered a coffee and as I waited I heard a glass break behind me. I quickly turned around, expecting a attack. My jaw dropped whenever I saw that it wasn't a attack, but Thor, demanding another coffee. I quickly got out my phone and speed dialed Fury

"I found Thor" I said right as he answered.

"where?"

"in a little diner 50 miles west of the hammer" I told him.

"good job Ace, bring him back to the crater sight"

"yes, sir"

I hung up the phone and shoved it in my pocket.

I walked up to Thor and the three people sitting next to him

"excuse me" I began

a young woman looked up at me

"yes?"

"hey my names Ace Hart and I'm friends with Thor and I need to talk to him in private, do you mind if I borrow him for a moment?" I asked politely

"yea, I guess that's fine" she said

"great" I said.

I grabbed Thor's arm

"come on" I said dragging him out of his seat.

"yes, young temptress"

I rolled my eyes and dragged him outside.

"what the hell happened to you?" I asked, crossing my arms over my chest. He gave me a confused look

"I'm sorry miss, I don't know what your talking about"

I gave him a weird look

"what?" I asked shortly

"do we know each other? all I remember is being at my crowning and then going on a mission my father didn't want me going on and then being banished and then losing my hammer and meeting some very nice people" he said
