Chapter 35

"Where are we going?" I asked, following him outside.
"Do you remember Dr.Selvig?" He asked me.
"Vaguely"
"Well he has made a tremendous step forward in controlling the Tesseracts power and he has asked us to come take a look"
"Oh. Well that's great" I told him honestly.
"I'm glad you think so. Slowly everything is coming together" he told me. I nodded and didn't reply. I followed him down the beautiful rainbow bridge and into the bifrost.
"Hello Heimdall" I greeted him.
"Good afternoon Lady Aceleve, Prince Loki" Heimdall greeted us. Loki nodded in greeting and sighed in exhaustion
"Heimdall will you please take us to Midguard" I asked.
"Of course" he answered. We waited patiently as he pushed down the grand sword into the pedestal and I intertwined my fingers with Loki's and we fell into the portal.
"You can open your eyes now" Loki whispered. I opened my eyes and we were at what looks like the outer edges of a city. Loki led the way taking me down empty ally ways and creepy back roads until finally we reached a really old brick warehouse that had broken and covered windows.
"There's no door" I stated.
"Yes well it's not the nicest but it serves it's purpose"
"How are we supposed to get inside?"
"Through the window" he said simply. I followed his gaze and about three stories up there was a fairly large window with the boards falling loose.
"Oh, that's lovely" I said sarcastically. Loki looked over and gave me a face
"What!?" I asked. Loki sighed
"Will you give me a lift?" He asked. I sighed and nodded and stretched my power over to him and easily lifted him into the air.
"Very nice Aceleve, you don't even need to use your arm as a guide" Loki complimented me. I ignored his statement and easily carried him through the window and set him down gently inside. We didn't speak as he led me down creepy old hallways and through old dark rooms covered in spider webs and rat droppings. We walked towards a door with light coming through the crack and as Loki pushed the door open I saw a giant room filled with random people and giant plastic curtains separating different things. I looked around and I spotted Clint Barton, but his eyes were a creepy light electric blue color. And it looked like he had no pupils.
"The Tesseracts is making great progress, it's nearly ready to open the portal" Barton reported
"Any complications?" Loki asked
"No sir" Clint replied. Loki nodded. He looked pleased as he clasped his hands behind his back and began walking around the room and looking through the clear plastic curtains, nodding to his human minions he controlled.
"Aceleve" Loki called. I stopped staring at the Tesseract and walked over to where he stood, my boots clicking on the old floor. I stared up at him silently, awaiting my command.
" get ready to be captured. " he stated. I gave him a odd look
"I'm sorry?"
"Tomorrow I'm taking my team of humans and we're going to attack the Tarmac to gain control of their computers and to piss off the raging green monster and use him to my advantage" Loki told me.
"Uh huh?" I questioned. Still trying to figure out the point of this suicide mission.
"It will all make sense once we get in motion" Loki reassured me. I nodded and gave a light sigh of exhaustion. Loki smiled and walked over to me and put his arms around my waist. I put my arms around his neck and looked into his beautiful green eyes.
"* Aceleve is so beautiful, I can't believe she is mine to hold, mine to caress and kiss, mine to protect and to take care of, my beautiful bride that took half my long life to find"* I heard. I gave a face of confusion
"Did you just try to Cheen to me?" I asked.
"No" i pursed my lips and then I smiled
"Loki I just read your mind! I just heard your thoughts!" I said. I smiled and bit my lip proud of my accomplishment
"You did? What did I say?" Loki asked
"You were like, 'Aceleve is so beautiful, I can't believe she is mine to hold, mine to caress and kiss,mine to protect and take care of' something along those lines"
"Aceleve, that's wonderful!!" Loki said, smiling.
"What finally changed?" I asked
"I think it's the power of the Tesseract, with you being so close to it, its enhancing your power to make you stronger" Loki told me. I smiled and laughed.
"I can feel it, I feel like I could fly around the world" I gasped. Loki laughed and placed his finger under my chin and tilted my head up. He readjusted his hand and placed if on my cheek, I reached up and rested my hand on his wrist
"I love you" he whispered
"I love you more" I whispered back. He knelt down and gently kissed my lips. It was our first kiss since he caught me in the garden and I missed him. I missed his frozen lips pushing against mine, I missed his sly silver tongue parting my lips and making me light headed, I missed feeling him knot his fingers in my hair, I missed the passion I felt and the protection that I craved. I feel complete being in his arms. He tugged at my bottom lip as he pulled away and I sighed in longing.
"I missed you" I whispered.
"I will always be with you" he whispered, leaning his forehead against mine. I hadn't opened my eyes yet and I felt his cold hands slid down from my face down my neck and down the sides of my arms, just barely grazing and finally to intertwine our fingers.
"I want to share a bed with you" I whispered. I swallowed but I didn't take back what I said. I heard Loki's breath catch in his throat
"You don't have to if you're not ready Aceleve" he said.
"I'm ready"
"Tonight" he whispered, kissing my forehead.
"Let's go home" he whispered. I didn't say anything and opened my eyes when I felt him lift his chin from the top of my head. He never let go of my hand as he led me from the old warehouse and outside to where we landed. He called to Heimdall and I dazed out of focus. I'm scared to have sex with Loki, he's a god so I mean it's probably big, if I thought humans hurt I'm concerned with how badly this will be. But Loki loves me, he would never hurt me intentionally, and I'm sure he would try his hardest to be gentle.
"Aceleve, are you alright?" Loki asked, snapping me from my thoughts
"Yea, I'm fine" i reassured him.
"Alright" Loki told me, giving me a worried look.
"What shall we do now?" I asked
"I believe it is almost dinner time so, will you accompany me to dinner?" He asked, sticking out his elbow. I smiled
"Of course" I answered, looping my arm through his. Loki led me to the dinning hall and once we walked through the grand doors all the conversation stopped. I looked around and Loki payed no mind to them. He held his head high and led me to the front of the table to the right of Odin with me at his side.
"Hello loki, Aceleve thank you for joining us" Frigga greeted us, trying to hide her surprise. The grand table full of people were still silent, all staring at Loki and I. Loki sat across from Thor and all Thor could do was stare in shock at his brother. I cleared my throat and kept glancing around us
"Please, everyone continue eating" Odin said, regaining his composure. Everyone immediately began talking and the clanking of forks and knives against plates filled the room.
