"what did my brother say?" Loki asked with a bored tone in his voice to me, looking up from his book
"um, he just said to be careful about who I trust" I lied, I don't want to tell him the truth, what Thor said doesn't matter to me I know where my heart stands.
"that's all?" he asked, scrunching his eyebrows and making room for me on the silky bed.
"yep and just like it was a bad idea for me to have run away from Coulson back on earth" I told him, curling up on his side. I watched Loki nod his head and put a string in the spine of the book he was reading to mark his place and put the book off to the side, turning his attention to me.
"what are you going to do now?" he asked lightly  tracing my jaw with his finger, staring at me with golden hazel eyes.
"I want to find Roy, I want to see how my baby brother is doing" I told him, standing from the bed, avoiding his gaze. Loki sighed and ran a hand through his long dark hair.
"you won't be able to speak to him, he's in Jotenhiem, having a war meeting with my other commanders" he told me. I sighed and layed down on the bed, stretching out completely on the end.
"what now?" I asked, I have nothing to do now, well except go to the dinner with Odin which is something I'm not really looking forewards to"
"well, I've shown you the library and the gardens and you've already seen the bifrost and the thrown room" Loki mumbled, laying down beside me.
"I guess our only option is to stay in" Loki murmered again, his voice got lower as he got closer, breathing into my neck.
"or we could go exploring, yea that's a better idea!" I exclaimed, getting up from the bed. I felt Loki's cold, thin fingers wrap around my wrist, keeping me from walking away.
"Aceleve, why won't you make love to me, we shall be married in just a few weeks" Loki asked gently. I sighed and sat back down on the bed in front of him.
"I don't know, just every time you get close to me like that, it scares me. Like I'm scared of having sex, no man has ever made me feel like that and I don't know what to do about it" I told him honestly, looking at my lap.
"is it a good feeling, when I get close to you?" Loki asked me in a whisper.
"I don't know, I get real shaky and my heart goes into hyperdrive, why do you think I've tried to avoid doing it. Well except that one time when I havent seen you in like a month and I couldnt get your armor off but ok thats a different story" I said in a rush. We sat together in silence for a few moments, letting my words settle in the air between us before Loki's blank stare slowely grew into a cocky smirk.
"so, I intimidate you?" he asked, still smirking.
"well I wouldn't go that far" I told him. I have a feeling Loki is going to pull something and I'm not looking foreward to it.
"oh, then how far would you go?" he asked, leaning in closer to my face.
"I'm not going any farther until I have some sort of alcohol" I said, quickly jumping up from the bed. Loki's eyes followed me up from the bed and he smirked again. I narrowed my eyes at him
"why are you looking at me like that?" I asked suspiciously. Before Loki could answer there was a knock from the door.
"come in" Loki commaned, standing from the silky bed. A servent hesitantly opened the door.
"Prince Loki" he said, bowing in the door way. Loki nodded and waited for the surf to continue.

*side note, in case you didn't know a surf is another name for a peasant or the working class. Haha you learned something in a fan fiction!*

"Queen Frigga asks for madame Aceleve's company" the servent said. I looked at Loki and he gave me a confused look.
"yes um, tell her I'll be there in a moment, where will I meet her?" I asked.
"The queen requests you in the gardens" he said again.
"ok I'll be there in a moment, um thanks, you can go" I stuttered, I'm still not used to commanding people. The man nodded again and left, closing the door behind him.
"what could my mother want?" Loki asked, more to himself then me.
"I don't know, but I'm gonna go talk to her. I have a feeling she likes me more then Odin does" I said and walked out the door.
I followed the long polished hallway and took the several turns necessary to get to the gradens outside and finally I stopped at the enterence to the gardens on a cobblestone path ontop of beautiful bright green grass. I looked in front of me and past the bird baths and the rainbow of flowers I saw a cute little bridge over a bright blue clear stream. Looking like the queen she is Frigga stood on the polished wood with her hands clasped in front of her neatly and she was staring down at the stream.
"nature is so beautiful, Aceleve" she said to me as I walked up beside her on the bridge.
"yes ma'am it is" I replied.
"I think in the future you will make Loki very happy" she said randomly, without looking up from the stream. I quickly turned my head and looked up at the tall queen.
"I hope so also, but what makes you say that?" I asked.
"well over the past few months I've had Heimdall watch over my two sons and both of them have managed to find love on midguard. That Jane girl that Thor likes is very smart but I fear if she and Thor were to marry that she would slack off on her duties as queen and always have her head in the clouds. As a queen you must always be alert and strong, all of which Jane is not. But you Aceleve, I think you will be an excellent queen"  Frigga complemented me.
"why do you think that?" I asked, looking down.
"your strong and independent woman who knows how to take control and keep a level head under pressure" she complemented me.
"um thank you, ma'am" I told her, staring at our reflections in the water.
"so, has Loki proposed yet?" she asked, walking down the cobblestone path.
"um yes, actually a long time ago" I whispered, it feels like it's been years since Loki proposed but really it's only been a few weeks.
"oh, I'm glad may I see the ring?" she asked, turning to me. I looked down at the silver band with the beautiful green gem and twisted it around my finger, I don't want to give the ring to her and honestly I don't know why.
"um sure, here" I whispered and handed her the band. She took the ring with long, elegant fingers and brought it up to her eyes
"it's very beautiful" she told me, handing back the ring.
"thank you, I think so to" I told her, slipping the ring back on my finger.
"so, have you decided on a wedding date?" she asked, continuing her stroll
"um not officially but I want to have it in a month or so, Loki wants to have it in three months or so" I told her, catching up to her long stride.
"well, the sooner the better I think, I want to live long enough for one of my sons to have children" she said, I heard sarcasm in her voice. I felt my eyes widened when she spoke about children
"well um we're not quite there yet" I stuttered
"well why not, your fully capable and-"
"lets change the subject" I quickly interupted her. Frigga lightly chuckled and took a turn around a bird bath, this time onto a dirt trail that leads into the middle of a lavender field.
"well what would you like to talk about?" she asked me
"um, well why does King Odin not like me?" I asked tentatively.
"well it takes a lot to impress my husband, you'll just have to stand out" she said, sitting on a stone bench. I sat down next to her and crossed my legs.
"I thought I had a good first impression, I didn't really speak but the way Loki introduced me I thought he made me sound at least likeable"
"growing up Loki has always had my love but what he wants most is his father's, he's wanted nothing more then to impress him, but Odin has always favored Thor. Why I do not know, if I had to guess I'd say that it was because Loki was different"
"but why did Odin adopted Loki if he wasn't going to treat him like his own son?"  I asked her.
"because at the time I believe my husband felt pity for the Joten race, and pity for the baby who was king Laufey's son"
"but, Thor had been more irresponsible then anything Loki had done, yet Odin still loves him more that's favoritism"
"yes, I agree with you saying that my eldest son is not ready for the crown, not yet" she said to me. I nodded and ran my fingers through my short, neck length hair and blew out a breath.
"so, if Loki and I were to get married here on Asguard, you would be ok with it?" I asked her.
"Aceleve, if my husband doesnt give you two a blessing then I will. You need to be in Loki's life, I can see that he does truley love you and will protect you with his life I've never seen him look at any women with such admiration before then the way he looks at you" she told me. I smiled at her and nodded
"thank you, that means a lot coming from his mother"
"well I think we've had a long and sort of depressing talk, why don't you go find Loki and come to dinner with Odin and I" she said to me, standing up. I stood up with her and gave her a small curtsi
"thank you for talking with me" I told her
"oh it was no problem, I enjoy talks with you, you are a intelligent girl and very fit for a queen" she complemented me. I smiled and nodded and turned around, following the path towards the giant castle.
