Chapter 24 - That Cliché Ending

"Wakey wakey, sleeping beauty!" I hear myself whisper with a pillow in my hand I lunge for Toby, innocently snoring away like a newborn baby. My legs now either side of his waist I begin rapidly whacking his torso with my new found strength that I received as soon as the pillow was in my hands. His eyes flutter open and the set of his mouth changes to an upset and annoyed expression - I can't blame him, it's 3am.

"Skyeeeee..." Toby hands reach for my thighs, his fingers tapping away as if on a piano. "You're squishing meeeee!" He mutters pathetically. I roll off and lay beside him, taking his hand. I don't really want to leave this place but I shan't lie, home sounds rather good.

"We've only got two hours before the flight, don't you think getting up and I don't know, packing sounds like a good idea?" I ask, looking around to see him shove his right hand on his face, covering up his eyes probably to hide from the sun peaking through the curtains. "Or not, I guess." sighing, I sit up with a stretch, maybe if i just left Toby for another five or ten minutes he'd warm up to me and at least consider putting some fresh cloths on.

Or maybe, opening the curtains wide and pulling those linen sheets off of his warm body will wake him up, yeah that sounds about right. "SKYE, CAN'T A MAN SLEEP?" Toby light-heartedly moans, finally opening his eyes and stretching his whole body like a cat in the scorching sun. I giggle, grabbing his and to pul him off the bed which eventually got a humorous reaction.

"No, not today, Toby." I say with little breaths in between giggles as we lie tangled up in thin blankets together on the hard wood floor still belting out laughter. After a moment he stands up, bare chest, loose boxers, I couldn't help but blush just a little. Taking my hand he lifts me up and places his hand on the small of my back, holding me in a loose embrace. Toby kisses me gently with his smooth pink lips, I feel myself smile against him. Using the excuse of the light headed feeling swirling around my brain I hug him closer to me, the rhythm of his even breathing smothering my chest to keep up with his lungs. His breath cooling my neck makes every sense enhanced, tingling with feeling and touch. Standing there with Toby's arms around me I know will be forever the greatest memory of London I'll ever have, and that is all I need right now.

"Although this is very, very, very nice." He says with wisp of my own hair tickling my ear. "We do only have two hours till the flight back home and well, I don't think the flight attendance will like it if we board the plane in just our underwear." He says, still just a whisper, making the most unsexy thing the most sexy thing I've ever heard. But he pulls back, kissing the top of my head in the process. "I think I'll go shower," He turns to go to the bathroom but then jolts back. "And Skye? -- I look up at him -- You'd be welcome to join me but time is against us." He adds with a wink before closing the bathroom door behind him..

I end up sat on the now made bed with my two suitcases packed within an inch of their lives waiting for Toby to find some boxers. I won't lie, I'm enjoying the view too much. "Are you sure you brought enough with you?" I ask trying desperately to hide the giggles.

"Pshhh, probably not." Toby says after rummaging through the whole set of drawers for the second time.

- The journey home was pretty painless.

"WE'RE HOME!" Toby yells at the top his lungs after closing the door behind us both, I giggle, shoving my bags on the floor. I'll probably end up going home late tonight or tomorrow. Ciara was sitting on the couch flicking through the countless channels, she turns her head with the biggest smile on her face.
