Alpha-is leader of a pack until 1) he is beaten in a fight for the potion or 2) he hands the potion to his son/daughter.
Luna-the alphas mate, his equal, and also leader of the pack.
Beta-is second in command and next in line after the alpha dies if there is no heir to take the place.
Gamma,or third-is third in command to the alpha.
Mate-is the person/wolf that is in love and is the other half of the other person/wolf.
Rogue-is a wolf that doesn't belong to any pack and is crazy and loves to kill but doesn't like to hang around many other wolves.
